Really happy with the car Samantha was great and helpful and also got the car in the same day

I bought a car from Concept Car Credit and was hopeful at first, but it all went wrong very quickly. Within just one month of driving it, I started having serious engine issues — it was stalling regularly and making worrying noises.

I’ve called them countless times to report the problem and ask what can be done, but all I’ve gotten is the runaround every single time. I keep being passed from person to person, told someone will call me back, or given vague excuses, and then they just ignore my messages and calls completely. It feels like once they had my money, they didn’t want to know anymore.

It’s incredibly frustrating to be left out of pocket and without a working car, especially when they were supposed to be a reputable company. Save yourself the stress and money — look elsewhere before buying from them.
