Great company . Friendly staff and kept me updated all thorough the process

Absolutely disgusting company I was rushed to hurry up and choose a car before the shop was closing and the staff are not nice people.

Omar was really professional and helpful, I'm old and not tech savvy, he got me through the process, well done

I almost gave up after being declined by so many lenders, but Concept Car Credit Ltd gave me a chance when no one else would. It still feels unbelievable. Their professionalism, support, and willingness to help made all the difference. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity. Thank you, Concept Car Credit Ltd. you are simply the best!

Well what can I say.. Gareth made my day, he helped me choose a car and sorted delivery the same day, I would like to say a huge thank you to Gareth and his team.

We purchased a car with concept in May 2024 the car broke in 2025 literally 17 month after purchase. The car requires a brand new engine an we are liable for this. We don't pay the car off until 2029 so as it stands we have a car we can not use until we buy a new engineer which Vauxhall have said is not worth doing. The support we have had has been none once you drive off they are not interested at all.

Exceptional experience from beginning to end!

Omar helped me find a car at a competitive price i was happy with and handled most of the paperwork after going through it with me

Staff was helpful in getting me the car I wanted and the deal I wanted it for.
Good communication with them.
Definitely would recommend!
Fetha was the guy who dealt with my application and couldn’t fault him. Literally same day delivery!
