Great service

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Incredible Service – Highly Recommend!

Absolutely brilliant service from Concept Car Credit from start to finish.

I was first contacted on Monday, and by Wednesday my new car had been delivered directly to my house – I honestly couldn’t believe how quick and straightforward the whole process was!

From arranging the finance, to finding me a car that matched exactly what I was looking for, through to organising delivery just two days later, the service was incredibly efficient.

A special thank you to Omar, who kept me updated throughout via WhatsApp, which made everything so easy. He was polite, friendly, professional and, most importantly, I felt that he genuinely listened to what I wanted rather than trying to push me towards something that wasn’t right for me.

The whole experience was completely stress-free and far exceeded my expectations. Finance arranged, the right car found and delivered to my door within two days – incredible service!

I would absolutely recommend Concept Car Credit and Omar to anyone looking for a quick, professional and hassle-free way to finance and buy a car. Five stars from me! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Do not be fooled by the immediate 5-star reviews pushed on collection day. Our experience has been a nightmare. We took delivery of a Mercedes-Benz GLA under a Moneybarn finance agreement. Within 14 days, pre-existing quality issues were formally logged. Under Section 22 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, our 30-day consumer rights clock was legally paused.
Shortly after, the vehicle suffered a catastrophic mechanical failure (failed alternator and battery), leaving us stranded and requiring an emergency out-of-hours garage repair. When the invoice was forwarded to our contact at Concept Car Credit, we received a dismissive WhatsApp message stating: "Hi mate we will not be paying that amount you have sent."
To make matters worse, we discovered that the 24-month Händler Protect warranty policy we paid £257.00 for was never actually registered on the provider's live national database.
This matter has now been escalated directly to Moneybarn Corporate Complaints under Case Reference 8666614 for a full Section 75 joint liability reimbursement of £1,083.15 to cover mechanical repairs, mis-sold warranty fees, and consequential travel losses. If a management resolution is not provided immediately, this file—complete with the written WhatsApp refusal and unregistered warranty documents—is heading straight to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS) and Action Fraud. Buyer beware.

The team at Concept Car Credit made the experience quick and easy, they went over and beyond to accomodate us. Even waiting for us to collect the car when our train was delayed causing us to arrive after closing time.

Ryan was one of the most genuine car sales man and no task was too small couldn’t recommend enough 😃

Awful - actual date was 31/03/2025
Awful experience. I've been a customer for over 15 years, and this is by far the worst and most untrustworthy manager I've ever dealt with.
My car has spent more time in the garage since I bought it than any other car I've ever owned. Kieren (Manager) promised the world and assured me the issues would be sorted, but after that I never heard from him again. Every time I called, he was either unavailable or "too busy" to speak to me.
I was also promised vouchers as a gesture of goodwill for being a loyal, returning customer, but that never happened either. It was all promises and no action. (not that i was hoping on the vouchers, but dont make promises they cant keep).
Felt rushed into buying a different car to what i had originally gone to view as they had sold it to someone else (so i was told, on the day of arrival)
Once the sale is completed, they don't seem interested in helping with any problems that arise afterwards. After more than 15 years as a customer, this experience has completely destroyed my confidence in them. I will never return and would not recommend them to anyone.

Went in today to look at cars. Got a car on finance. The guy how helped me called Gary was easy to talk too. Very friendly. Answered all my questions and made it such an easy experience for me. Excellent customers service. Highly recommend
