If I could give negative stars I would. Signed up on line for the class as my son took the same one that was CCW for 3 hours. Due to law changes, it was now 8 hours at two different locations (20 minutes apart). I called back within 5 minutes to cancel and get my money back as I was not ready to invest that much time. They very smugly said, no refunds - it is posted on our website. I said it had only been 5 minutes and told them why. After arguing for 5 minutes, they asked if I would like a supervisor to review my request. I said yes. They said I would hear back in 48 hours. Within 3 hours I received the email stating it was reviewed and DENIED. I immediately called my credit card company and disputed the charge. I had the order and the cancellation within 5 minutes and they credited my money immediately. This company does not seem to care or know what customer service is. Stay away. Find someone else.

The certificate is useless spent $89…
The certificate is useless spent $89 for something that’s useless. Still need to go in front of someone which I kind of thought your site was kind of too good to be true. I regret even doing it because I could’ve just went to a class and probably spent the same amount of money now I gotta spend $89 which I spent and then how much it was gonna cost to pay for somebody to stand in front of me while I show him how to use a handgun useless site I regret every second of doing it. I can’t state this enough.

We are always happy to assist and provide more information.
Depending on your state of residence, there may be elements of qualification that must be attended in-person. Some states require the entire course to be in-person. Other states allow the classroom to be done online, but live-fire is still required (which must be done at a range). These are things that we always encourage individuals to research before registration, and again is information we provide through our customer care representatives.
If you would like to provide more details regarding your dissatisfaction, please reach out via phone or email. It would benefit both you and our team to get a clearer understanding of the issues you have encountered. 🙌

Stay away
Stay away. Cancelled class after a couple hours when I found out that I didn't need it in my State. Here is their policy "All other refunds are on a case-by-case basis." Every case gets denied as far as it was explained to me. Very murky at best. Should state no refunds period! Also they add several items if you just click on the class purchase. You have to OPT_OUT or else they pad you bill. Very sketchy business practices. Stay away.

It is generally an individual's responsibility to understand the full carry permit application process in their state of residence, however, our team is available directly at 800-990-5594 during normal business hours for ANY questions or concerns prior to signing up, during the process, and after! Refunds are issued based on the reason for cancellation and the individual circumstances surrounding registration.
Though there are some states that do not mandate a course be taken, we firmly believe that firearm training is vital for anyone who intends to carry! Our classes cover topics such as firearm best practices for safety and handling, state-specific laws, situational awareness, threat avoidance, child access prevention, measured responses to danger, and more.
Lastly, yes, we do have additional products available for purchase along with course registration. These are always optional and are not required to attend the class. Our team would be more than happy to assist if any of these add-ons were included incidentally during the check-out process, though there is a breakdown screen of what you're paying for prior to purchasing. 🙌
