I have been for the laster hair removal this is amazing I am only on the second session, I could see the change already. I have also have hair appointments there too. Amazing and friendly staff.

I have had a number of different treatments in Complexions and with each one i have been pleased with the outcome and experience. I was never kept waiting longer than 5 mins and always had a coffee during this time.Staff well qualified in their specialized areas of treatment

The Best Salon in the / North West!!!
This is the only place I go to now...firstly stumbled upon it after looking in Yellow Pages (yes that many years ago!!) as being the only place open on a Sunday (working Mum with kids). Tried other places after kids got older but "nothing compared". Went back and have never left thanks to the addition of Adam who sat me down on the first appointment and said "Are you happy with your hair?". I could have cried with relief...I have short hair/ coloured but he saw that I wanted more than a "short back and sides" and totally re-styled it. Great stylists who listen and advise, people always compliment me on the cut of my hair...you can tell it has been done professionally.

I had always booked for G5 and Physique…
I had always booked for G5 and Physique treatment courses but was totally astounded when the courses price was increased by well over 20%!!, which was way over the rate of inflation, and the treatments didn't always include the 5 elements, along with the necessary time needed for the full treatment to be given and benefited from!

Adam is my hair stylist at Complexions . He is the only one who tames my hair and turns a mess into a work of art, obviously I'm biased. But he does have patience and works damn hard at his job. Always leave happy and love my hair and how he controls the beast of its thickness 😎. Highly recommended him and the salon.

Enjoyed the experience and was attended to very quickly considering I was a walk in. Wanted 1 single shellac fingernail repair and wasnt told until after the service that it would cost 7 pounds!!
I disappointedly paid it and expressed my concern at the incredibly high price and at not being informed beforehand.

I really looked forward to my appointments at Complexions all staff are a credit to this business. I moved to the South West of England not long ago and If I wasn't so far away I would still use them. I could not recommend them highly enough.

Complexions is clean and tidy. Sometimes the staff tend to chat whilst I am waiting to be acknowledged which makes me feel awkward and I get asked asked if I would like a coffee but they forget to bring it. The hair stylist Jo is very good, I have a cut and blow usually. Time keeping is good and style is completed on time. A good 4 stars but attention to detail could take it up to a 5 star.
