Our property in Cambridge
Our property in Cambridge, UK bought over 30 years ago, was ably managed by Complete RPI over the last decade and more, When it came to disposing the property, it made sense to assign it to the same agent which has won our trust over the years.
The subsequent sales process was not without its share of usual hiccups but through the entire process Complete RPI's staff, as well as those from the legal firm which the company recommended, managed the affair with understanding, patience and perseverance. The exchange of contracts and completion were executed within the time scale expected.
We are most grateful for the company's assistance and continuous guidance during the entire sales process.
I am extremely disappointed with the letting Agent
I am extremely disappointed with the management of my property at Arden Gate by Molly/RPI following a tenant move-out in November 2025. Despite being the managing agents responsible for a smooth transition, their lack of oversight has resulted in significant financial and administrative burdens for me.
Key issues encountered:
• Utility Negligence: Both the water and electricity supplies were allowed to be suspended. I was never notified of any disconnection notices, leading to unexpected bills exceeding £80 and additional re-activation fees for a vacant property.
• Data Errors: My attempts to rectify the water account have been blocked because the agency apparently registered incorrect details, making it impossible for me to verify my identity with the provider.
• Missing Documentation: Despite the tenant moving out months ago, I have had to chase the agency for the Check-out Inspection Report, final meter readings, and the tenant’s forwarding details required for Birmingham City Council Tax obligations.
• Poor Communication: There has been a total lack of transparency regarding the move-out process. As a landlord, I shouldn't be discovering these issues months later via debt letters and service cut-offs.
RPI has failed in its basic duty to manage the transition of liabilities. I am currently awaiting a response on how they intend to compensate me for the re-activation fees and the stress caused by their oversight. I would advise other landlords to be very cautious and double-check all utility handovers if using this firm.

Worst agency I’ve ever had experience with hands down, completely unprofessional, lots of miscommunication overall a very bad experience, will never use again AVOID AVOID!!!!
Would give Zero star and report to legal bodies if I could
One of the most Unprofessional Agencies I have ever had. I have used multiple agencies and never hads such a bad experience. Critical mainataince issues are ignored, privacy safety concerns are ignored. Any email correspondance is ignored. I have had the worst tenancy experience with them. They will deliberately provide mis information in their ads when challenged lie and provide a solution and then go back on their word making the tennats having to pay more. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THIS AGENCY IF YOU WANT ANY PIECE OF MIND.
Their entire management team is party to Serious Safety Failures, Misrepresentation, and Persistent Unprofessional Conduct. They definetly should have their licence revoked, with the amount of shit they have pulled.
5* for Service Excellence
I am extremely happy with the excellent level of customer service and support that were rendered to me in the area of Lettings Management and Marketing & Sales of my apartment.
Kudos to the team of professionals going the extra mile in assisting me to navigate through the cumbersome legal process of selling my property.
Not forgetting the wonderful team in Letting Management whom have been taking care of my property for the past 5 years.
The company never shun away from problems relating to my property and it is my pleasure having them onboard.
The 5 stars award is a well deserving prize for the entire team in the company. :)
A Mixed Experience - Efficient Start, but Significant Management Issues
Our experience with Complete RPI was a real tale of two halves. The initial lettings process, handled by Matt, was excellent. He was responsive, professional, and incredibly efficient, getting us from viewing to a signed agreement smoothly.
However, the positive start was immediately overshadowed by the state of the property upon move-in. The flat was handed over with a long list of significant maintenance issues, including broken window mechanisms, a faulty front door lock, a leaking toilet, and extensive marks on every wall. It was clear the property had not been brought up to a professional standard before our tenancy began.
While our property manager, Rebekah, did engage with the issues, the process to get them resolved was incredibly slow and required constant chasing from our side. It took nearly two months of persistent emailing to fix urgent problems like the non-opening windows.
The most disappointing part of our experience has been at the end of the tenancy. Despite the well-documented, pre-existing poor condition of the property, the agency attempted to deduct funds from our deposit for these very issues. It was only after we pushed back with firm evidence that they conceded the point.
In summary, while the initial letting was smooth, the property management and end-of-tenancy processes were deeply frustrating and fell well below the standard we would expect.

It is great to have partnered with Complete RPI. They are competent and diligent, although the charge might not be cheap but you can rest assured that they are doing a good job on property management.

Terrible company
Terrible company, do nothing to help you. I got no water pressure and they are doing barely anything, been 5 months. Kerry does nothing, same with Molly, they never even answer the phone. I don’t know what they are doing. Except they expect us to pay rent every single month with no compensation.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company! We had nothing but issues when it came to getting our deposit back. This company tried to charge us for all the stains and marks that was already in the apartment when we first moved in. We had raised these issues when we was living in the property and nothing was done about it even when they said someone would be out to fix them we chased for a whole year until we finally moved out. This is when they tried to charge us for all the marked walls and stains out of our deposit. Not to add the 250 pounds that they have took out the deposit for a “professional clean” when it was stated that the landlord was to pay for a professional clean before we moved in but this had obviously come out of the previous tenants deposit and was clearly not paid for by the landlord himself. Just to top it off they tired to charge up for a lightbulb that was actually a sensor clearly not taking their time for a proper check out to be conducted.

Never again. What a nightmare! Bloody upsetting experience.
As a landlord, RPI gave super disappointing service. Had them as our agents to rent out unit out to tenants.
The tenants are meant to foot the council city tax bill as per contract and as per UK laws. However , this became our responsibility. -.-
The hefty city tax bill of 1018 pounds was billed and deducted from our account over 12 months later ! What a rude shock we landlords had ! So here's their karma post.
I had to look this matter up the internet and it has become my job to clear this messy mess they left behind for us landlords and for our new &better agents at Settio. In the end, we had to escalate the matter to the Manchester City Council and also to the RPI team and Settio team ( who are much better coordinated agents IMO)
We are still resolving mess this and I'll give you an update later on...
If you are looking for the right lettings agent in Manchester, I'd recommend to go with Settio instead. Way more helpful!

10 months and still waiting for someone…
10 months and still waiting for someone from your company to own up their mistake and compensate for all that me and my minors faced ! I’m thankful to God that the adjudicator decided in my favour but still the trauma and nightmare I went through with Complete RPI still haunts us .I was replied few weeks back on my review that I should email them and they will look into it and help but no one has cared to acknowledge and respond.

Very proactive and helpful
have been trying to get an accommodation for over a month now, but every agency/agent I tried contacting were either slow or wouldn’t respond at all. But complete RPI through Matt gabb were very proactive and responsive in helping me get an accommodation , helping me through the whole process and even suggesting more properties to me when my first choice got let already.
