A helpful guide given to three local firms all of which were MAFA registered and fulfilled our criteria. Having considered all three following their visits we were able to choose one of these which had excellent reviews and prices within our budget.

We received your contact information from an affiliated company, who advised us that you were interested in obtaining quotes for double glazing. Based on the information provided to us, we believed we were contacting you regarding an enquiry you had made.
I would also like to clarify, for transparency, that we made 7 calls to you over a period of approximately 2.5 days, rather than 20 calls per hour. If you were receiving 20 calls an hour from other companies, I can certainly understand why this would have been extremely frustrating and overwhelming, and I am very sorry that you have had this experience.
