First part of review:
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FRAUDULENT COMPANY. This company is a scam. As many of the other customers stated, I ordered 6 items on March 17th of 2023. It is now the end of May and I have not received the items. I contacted them on multiple occasions via email and instagram. I was told the items are "made to order" and would take longer to receive. They sent me a shipping confirmation email, but 3 weeks later nothing has arrived. My last 2 emails inquiring about delivery details got no reply.

From Comino Couture: "Sorry to see your review especially as you have ordered from us before!. So we are not fraudulent at all. Shame you didn’t use this platform to write a positive on the pieces you have ordered from us that you seemed happy with.

We have looked at the customer service emails and none have been received from you

Your order was indeed collected by Royal Mail we ask you email customer service at ********* so someone can investigate this for you

It is such a complete joke that they can respond to a bad review within hours but cannot respond at all to questions about when items ordered month previously might be delivered. I have been kind in all my correspondence with them and was ignored. I emailed the company e-address they suggested I reach out to in their response to my review... 2 weeks ago, no response. THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND MAIL YOU NOTHING. Read the reviews, they are terrible and all over the internet. They have 1 star on Google for this exact reason. I have posted photos in my google review to corroborate what I have experienced from them.
It is my belief they complete your first order to make you revisit ordering from them and then accept payment without ever delivering items. I liked the dress I received in my first order, so I ordered from them again, that is how I show customer loyalty. I NEVER write reviews. However, this experience is such complete garbage that I felt compelled to tell others not to order.

DO NOT ORDER!!!!!!! Stunning dresses when you recieve one after months. Ordered loads so did my friend and they say they been delivered when they pretend they have. We have ring door bell and checked neighbours cameras but they have decided out of all my 12 orders to refund one... disgusting customer service. What company treats customers so bad, one more thing to add they delete your account when you complain. GOING TO UPLOAD THE MESSAGES SHOWING JUST HOW SHOCKING THEY ARE AND FOBBING CUSTOMERS OFF. REPORTED TO FRAUD AND ATLEAST THE BANKS REFUNDING. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

They Have over 43 % negative reviews and have several complaints filed with BBB, Scampuluse and Google review. Plz be aware they will take your money and will not send any products. I made an order January 17 it was supposed to be delivered no later than March 15. But I gave them some extra time, then inquired about it inquired about it May 2 they became upset and stated they will refund my money. It’s now May 15 and I have not received a refund. Please don’t purchase from them.

Please read The other reviews before purchasing from them. even in some of their replies, they stated they have not done the right thing. A couple of reviews down. She stated that they took the girls money and we’re processing her refund. This is months later.

As promised came in time- stunning dress and amazing quality with the perfect fit!

The best customer services and the best dresses! Delivery dates are made very clear when ordering and any questions are always answered within the hour via instagram! When out I receive so many compliments on how beautiful my dress is. I hate looking like everyone else and these dresses are so out there and different and made with real quality. If I ever have a special event this is my go to shop!

ive ordered from the website before and had no problems HOWEVER , i ordered 2 dresses on march the 1st and to this date may 11th have still only received one of the dresses . I have an asked for a refund as i sent the one dress i received back as it was too short , i sent that back tracked on 25th of march and still haven’t revived No refund ! . i have emailed countless times with tracking number and proof of return but have not received a refund . As for the second dress i emailed and told them i no longer wanted it back in march to which they haven’t replied to , so i’m at still left with no refund or dresses ! i’ve been emailing everyday for about a week and had no reply !

I paid for an order of 290 pounds last year in September. After numerous emails they told me that the order was lost. And since September I'm still waiting for my money back. When will I receive them?

Thanks to the team who got back to me yesterday to make sure I got my dress in time. They went above and beyond and their kindness and politeness in dealing with my request via DM was very kind and much appreciated.

Absolutely stunning clothes . Brilliant service .. needed my dress before my holidays . It arrived in time , and they kept me up to date with postage and when it was being sent, will be ordering again. Just amazing

I placed an order back in October 2022. After months of waiting (I waited until January) and waiting I finally reached out and they had told me they lost my package and couldn't provide a tracking number. I gave up and asked for a refund and it took a lot of back and fourth to even get that processed - they ended up only giving me half of what I paid back. I was so over their customer experience I couldn't find effort to waste any more time on trying to get the other half of my payment back.

I wish I looked at all of these BAD REVIEWS before I ordered from this company. I see a common pattern of shipping issues that I myself have experienced. I ordered a dress April 6th and its now April 25th.
I STILL HAVE NO PRODUCT. I was eventually given tracking and it still has not updated.

Royal Mail is trash and so is there customer service. Instead of apologizing for the delay, the email was extremely rude, lacked empathy and disregarded any type of feedback provided.

Lastly the CS rep mentioned this was a PREORDER dress and it was NOT. The follow up email they sent me proceeded to argue with me that it is.
I have a specific event to go to and would have NEVER purchased a dress knowing that it would take over 20 days to receive. Especially since I need a dress by a certain date. I'm a smarter online shopper than that.

AVOID AVOID AVID
unless you want to wait for your item(s) for longer than 20 days, and deal with trash customer service.

I have placed 3 orders around 70 items back in august/ September 2022. They have sent 9 items and To this day I am chasing my refund for the undelivered items. They are giving me tons of empty promises. I just don’t understand how can a company take your order and not be able to deliver for 8 months and let the customer chase them almost beg for money to be refunded! Now no response to my emails, my phone calls to them are not answered ( tried 7 times today) This whole experience is very stressful and gives me anxiety. Dear comino all I want from you is my money back for order #48659
You have not delivered so what is the reason you are holding onto my money, just send it back! Can you explain here publicly why are you unable to provide me with refund for over 3 months of promising. Please refund me immediately and let’s just close this disappointing experience. Trust me I will never be ordering from you again. I just want my money back from you nothing else

I paid on my cc $230 for 3 dresses. Nothing ever came. Sent several emails. Same story over and over "we are shipping. almost ready to ship, geting ready to ship" etc etc Several emails to the compamy and just more excuses. Then finally I asked for a credit and it never came. We will continue to fight until we get the credit. Purchase at your own risk.
Update: apparently somebody is reading the reviews because they paid up the refund finally!!!

Beautiful dress! So happy with the order. Just give plenty of time for the order or be sent as they do hand make the dresses so does take time. Happy to wait as the dress was stunning. Thank you x

Amazing dress! Love it !

I ordered 5 dresses last August2022, and I eventually received 1 dress In October 2022, which was beautiful unfortunately after waiting 5 months from order date I was still waiting delivery of remaining dresses, I have messaged company a number of times regarding a refund, they said its with customer services or we need your bank details, I am still to this date 12th April 2023 waiting for a refund.
There is a real mixed bag of reviews about this company and its such a shame because the 1 item I received was lovely, hopefully they can sort out my refund and other customers receive their ordered items.

I Love This brand amazing prices and quality its Made to order but worth The wait

Ordered three items on the 8 January 23. One item was delivered, with the remaining items listed as 14-25 working days for delivery.

The 25 working days passed and I contacted Comino Couture requesting an update, to which no response was forthcoming. A further two email chasers requesting an update were sent prior to a response being received. In the same response, Comino confirmed that they had not fulfilled my remaining orders and essentially hadn’t realised. I confirmed that I would still like the items, to which Comino confirmed they would be delivered by the end of March.

The end of March occurs and I sent further emails requesting an update, only to be informed that the items would be dispatched at the beginning of April. To no avail once again.

Further chaser emails were sent requesting an update and a refund, whereby I had been waiting in excess of 4 months for my remaining items. Comino confirmed a refund had been processed. Upon chasing information as to the refund I was informed that one of the items could be dispatched the following day. Naturally this was concerning as this email contradicted the confirmation that a refund had been given, when indeed it had not. I fail to decipher why Comino continued to convolute matters and in turn make an untruthful and misleading representation to a simple request: to provide evidence that the refund has been processed to which I am entitled to the same pursuant to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Unfortunately this is the second occasion (albeit a few years back) where I have encountered the same issues with Comino and as such feel it is fairly placed to forewarn potential customers as to the issues which I have been party too. These being that the delivery lead times are misleading, even when compromise is given on the dates cited on their website and the customer service is quite frankly abhorrent, where customers are required to chase for updates, only for some correspondences to receive an ad hoc response , which in turn demonstrates Cominos general lack of inconsistency.

Interestingly, despite Cominos apparent lack of being able to afford consistent communication with paying customers , it is prolific in posting content on social media which shows the general appetite of the business: attract potential new customers but fails to give any credence to their existing customers.

Further, upon requesting a refund and providing my comments as to my dissatisfaction, Cominos Facebook and Instagram is no longer available to which it is apparent that the company has blocked my profiles despite me contacting them only via email. Not only is this alarming, but pedantic at best and not the expected behaviour of a company holding out to be professional.

In resolving the matter, a full complaint was submitted via PayPal resolution whereby a full refund had been indicated as expected. However, customers should not have to be forced into taking such route, when in reality, Comino could have resolved themselves direct.

This review is made with no malice intended, whereby it is hoped that the contents of the same can be used constructively by Comino in improving and developing its customer service and to prevent other customers having the same service I experienced.

Beautiful design, arrived quickly and when I went out I got many compliments. Thank you Comino!
