Ordered a dress weeks ago and they keep delaying shipping, and saying it's handmade and that's why it keeps delaying. Judging from the reviews my concern is they are ordering the dress from Ali Express and thats why the wait. I will dispute with my credit card.

This company claims that their dresses are made to order and hence they might take weeks to arrive. In fact, they are ordered from China (even have ‘made in China’ label, also the “brand” label doesn’t have their brand but some Chinese name on it, they only attach their paper brand tag). I still have the dress - brand new and unworn, and can provide photos of the labels.
Doing a reverse search I found my exact dress on AliExprees and Amazon US shipped from China.
Really disappointing as the dresses are not cheap.

This company is a drop shipping scam. The website claims 7-14 days for made to order items. No, the items are from Shein or Aliexpress. The only reason they say 7-14 days is because they take your money, charge you around 10x more than they are paying for the items, then order it from their website and send it to your address. Reverse image search any item and you will see for yourself (don't use tineye this didn't work when I tried but labnol reverse image search did!) Please do not buy from this company. Massive scammers!! Check the items for yourself. Crop them so its just the item of clothing and you will see. You'll also save yourself a shed load of money purchasing it directly from the website they are buying it from. Honestly it wouldn't bother me half as much if they hadn't claimed the items are made to order😂 you think you're getting a quality piece and are then sent cheap nasty materials.

Purchased a set costing £80. Bought a while ago but hadn’t worn. Just gotten it out and the labels inside are from SHEIN!!

Absolutely diabolical company.

Do not use!

Do a Google image search and you'll see that these are ordered from Ali Express!! Hence the eait. Not because they're handmade, but because they're awaiting delivery from China and adding their own labels. Complete scammers!!

Placed an order in April, heard nothing at all no updates etc
I have e mailed yesterday still no contact a. Very poor customer service.

I have been buying from comino since they first opened but sadly they have gone from strength to terrible. Poor quality on dresses, bad sizing and to top it off I ordered 6 dresses back in April, only one delivered 3 months later which wasn't up to standard and i'm still chasing for my refund of all the other dresses 4 months later!!. Ive been chasing for months, with endless lies about how I will be refunded next week. I've now had to open a dispute with my bank as sadly I don't think ill ever see the funds again. Such a shame. I never write reviews but stay away from them, you will get scammed and have countless headaches. Not worth it!

Really disappointed🥲I have supported this small business for a while. Recently I ordered 2 dresses costing £120. I waited around a month for them to arrive having had to chase them up. They arrived with labels of another brand too.
Neither fitted & not great quality. I returned them the same day, special delivery & they arrived 04th July it’s 24th today so 20 days. I was told 14-20 days.
Effectively they have had £120 for over 2 months!
I’ve had no acknowledgement or that the refund is being processed & in left in limbo as the returns email address doesn’t reply.
I’m now going to have to look at ways to recover this money.
This is not the kind of customer service I expect & Im sure not the feedback a small business wishes to receive. Unfortunately there seems to be a common theme when looking at other reviews
Please refund my money asap!

Coming couture London are crooks and lying on refunds
Two months of communication for refunds, item was not even couriered, making promises and excuses on money refund, no online shop acting like this
I believe they just get money from customers then they block them and never return funds

AVOID!!!!!!!! Horrific company! Used to be decent but terrible now. They say everything is made by hand and takes time
However I ordered some dresses back in April! They took 2 months to arrive. Then when I sent them back this took a further month to even acknowledge my return even though I paid for a premium service. Been told now that my refund has been processed after chasing it up. Still nothing in my bank. We are now 3 MONTHS from paying and by the time I get refunded it may be getting onto 4! Customer service when querying this has been terrible.
Instead of being apologetic and understanding they have a go and make out that you’re in the wrong for expressing how you feel as a consumer.
Honestly I will NEVER buy from this company ever again!

The outfit is absolutely stunning!!!! I couldn’t have asked for me, matched the picture on Instagram and the quality is really good. They kept me up to date of when the item would be out for delivery and it was delivered in such nice packaging. Overall very satisfied and will be ordering from there again!

Be very careful of the sales. You will never receive the items and they will stall you until your credit card company will no longer give you a refund. They are very good at what they do. I myself lost a thousand dollars to them.

The packaging I received and it was so beautiful
And Sonia kept me informed of my delivery the whole way through by email
And can’t wait to wear it 💙

Been two years waiting on either the dresses that they’ve promised to send or a refund. Now she’s blocked me…I used to swear by them and recommended them to so many friends & family…I have a wardrobe full of their dresses. I am beyond disappointed.

Put two orders in with this company sometime last year or the year before. STILL waiting. When I emailed them they kept making excuses.

Absolute SCAMMERS, robbers, thieves…I could go on in that vein. How they haven’t been caught and jailed I do not know!

I have started receiving emails from them again about their sale ending soon. They’re still going!!!!

I’ve never been so disappointed with customer service. I have admired this shop for so long and been a follower for ages. I made my first purchase and the order took a really long time to be shipped. I was told it would be sent next week.. next week came and it never arrived. I was then told it would be the next week, and that I was never told it would be the week before (I sent screenshots of the conversation to prove I was!) Dress finally arrived - beads missing entirely on one side. They said they would refund which was really kind, however, I had switched from the bank account I purchased from. I just contacted them to say my bank said I would not receive the refund as my account was closed. They sent me proof of refund and then said “see your selling it on Vinted now.. the beads were there” Lying accusation - fab customer service. I do not sell on Vinted, never have. Sent them proof of this and asked them to prove where I was supposedly selling it? They couldn’t. Because I wasn’t. Then they apologise for miscommunication “the message wasn’t meant for me” Honestly so disappointed. Twice I was accused of lying. Feel silly to have loved this store for so long, when the staff are incredibly rude and impolite. I will be unfollowing and I wouldn’t advise anyone to shop here to be honest, which I’m sad to say!

Stay away. The company are speedy to respond to inquiries but then when they have to make a legitimate refund, apparently they are all sick and don't respond. First off, they took months to send me the pant set I ordered. When it finally arrived, very cheap quality, weird smell and missing parts of the outfit. When I asked to refund, they were happy to say yes. But it's been 4.5 months so far, I have chased them and apparently Sarah has been ill with a cold for the entire 4 months. The excuses are endless. I have not received my 200 pounds back. They are manipulative and not legitimate. Next, I will report the business.

I always love the options of clothing I get to choose from Comino London and I shop from there at least once a month! Highly recommend it. Great discount & at such high quality. My go to every time

Years ago this brand was fantastic, customer care and the products were one of the kind. Last year I've ordered a military jacket and a dress. Have been waiting for any details long months. For my several emails I got respond after 2 months. And they've ghosting me for another 6 months. Eventually I received a jacket, but it's quality was below any descency.It was made in China and you can tell it's nothing unique. I never got my dress. Never got a refund suggestion either. They simply stopped answering emails. Now, even when it's tempting, I would not order from that scams again.

I love this brand! I bought a couple of things second hand from vinted and recently bought a cardigan from the website. Communication was great throughout and I get so many compliments on the cardigan.
