I ordered a double bed from this company through their Facebook page, and I am so happy with it, I can’t thank this company enough!! From ordering, picking design & colour of the frame, the quick delivery and easiness of assembling the bed, there have been no issues at all. Overall, I feel I had an excellent experience, so I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Ordered a sofa from them, they checked and double checked the size as I wanted an additional middle section to make it alot bigger. Delivery was super quick, just over 1 week. They called the day before and 30minutes before they arrived. Delivery men were super nice too. 100% reccommed this company

1 star is being generous, ordered a bed via bargain beds which these guys also trade as via Facebook. The bed was delivered and upon unpacking we noticed two areas of where the fabric was ripped. I contacted them straight away and was told these two parts would be replaced. Was told it would be delivered the following Saturday to be informed the van has broken down, promised delivery on the Sunday (mothers day) of which this was ruined due to awaiting a bed that never arrived. They are now ignoring me and I have a bed in bits awaiting replacement. Awful customer service.

I purchased a corner suite and chair in August 2022. This has two recliners on the Sofa. One of the recliners broke on Christmas Eve. I sent a message through their Facebook page and was advised to email them. I emailed them on Christmas Eve and acknowledged the fact that it was the Christmas Eve and gave them plenty of time to reply. I have since sent 7+ messages and my sofa is still broken. I have also messaged them through their Facebook Page on numerous occasions. I can see they have read my messages, but DO NOT REPLY. Their Customer Service is APPALLING !!!!!

I had my sofa delivered from this company on the 6th august. When the sofa was delivered I noticed it was damaged and the incorrect footstall also delivered. They re-scheduled delivery 3 times and each time the incorrect item came. I then tried to contact the company on numerous occasions and they did absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. They have stolen my money and will not replace the item! They wouldn’t answer any phone calls or emails sent to them. These people scam you! Their quick enough to take your money but When there’s a problem they don’t want to hear about it!

Excellent service very quick delivery I’m extremely happy with my new bed I ordered the Amelia king size bed in the colour on the site the photo on the site doesn’t give enough justice to what it is really like just WoW absolutely beautiful bed and really comfortable the staff were so helpful and kept me updated all the way we are so happy with our purchase and would highly recommend this company very highly 😊❤️

Very happy with our purchase! We went to the showroom and picked the bed we wanted. Paid a small deposit and chose the delivery day we wanted. They then rang me the day before with a time slot. Bed was delivered and we couldn’t be happier with it. Would definitely order from this company again.

This company will show and charge you for a quality product but delivery a VERY VERY poorly made product. You’d be better off buying from eBay blind.
This company will not accept returns even they are at fault PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FRAUDSTERS!
Don’t even try call “customer services” set of BTEC baboons sat in there JD tracksuits. Absolute morons everyone’s related “somehow” to one another so you have no chance of getting anywhere. Worst mistake I made buying from this company. Don’t be fooled by the nice showroom.. like me :(

Don't use this campany we paid £1200. What we got is bad quality bed, but head baod but customer serivces bad communication and run people. And no returning policy some where on thier website they said. Headboard too big to go up they asked me you can bin it and order a new one for 1200. What a joke. No go zone company. Go to your local store and order one please dont use them. Most of the nice comment i cam see must be done by themselves as most undesent company do. I called them legal scammers.

Ordered my kingsize bed from this company and had it booked in for a delivery the following week. Had a call asking if they could deliver 1 day early I was very happy to have it early as my carpet was also being fitted that day. The bed is so beautiful and everyone loves it, I payed for an upgraded mattress and my god it’s so think we had a hard job to get it upstairs. The bed was very easy to put together & I’m in love with it.
I would definitely order from them again

Bed arrived on time and was perfect condition, very pleased with it! Looks far more expensive then what I paid- went for the Chesterfield plushed grey. Would buy again!

As a front like key worker, myself and my wife worked hard to save to buy our daughters a single tv bed each. We paid @comfysleepshome nearly £2,000 to put a smile on there faces. The beds where delivered early with a days notice and told if we didn’t except on the day given we would have to wait a very long time. Then when we did receiver the beds, the bolts that fix your tv to the bracket inside the tv bed was not included even though I asked several times if they would be! Then also the lid to the top of the tv bed just dropped back without fixing. The company came and fixed a bit of material to the lid that looks horrendous. Our girls where devastated and I honestly feel ripped off. My advice is DO NOT use this company. They have ripped us off and have now ignored our messages, BLOCKED us from Instagram. I am still unable to fix my daughters TVs to there tv beds properly! If anyone would like any photos please let me know.

Disgusting fraudsters. Do not buy from this company!!! I went to the showhome to purchase a mattress. Had it delivered and it’s the wrong mattress. The company have refused to do anything about it and basically told me tough!! This mattress is vile and I wouldn’t have it for free never mind £400. I have contacted my bank and put in a dispute so hopefully get my money back. Please please do not buy from here! I contact them everyday and they just ignore me. I wish I read these reviews beforehand. The mattresses in the showhome are not what they sell you. Absolute conmen!

I bought a bed after viewing the Bed online .
It’s arrived looks absolutely nothing like I ordered , I contacted the company and they say it’s what I ordered it does not even resemble in any way
I’m a 69 year old pensioner can’t afford to buy another £550 I paid .
I am contacting trading standards today and my Bank
I wish I could show pictures of it u would see it has no resemblance to what I ordered .
Never buy online again from this company I feel they palmed off a cheap rubbish bed onto me because they could

Attend the showroom had a great experience with the team. Got what we wanted. Bed arrive when they said a week later, a slight human error as the wrong style bed was sent but right colour and the issue was resolved and had the correct bed delivered just now. Delivery lads were mega to. My experience has been great.

Lies after lies. Purchased a sofa and was told my cushions would come shortly after. Was given delivery date after date and cushions never arrived. They told me supplier wouldn't give them but then saw other customers with the exact items I were after. Messaged after messaged and got no where. Don't bother wasting your time or money with this company!!!

I bought a bed from this company using their Facebook page, it was delivered yesterday and I am honestly really, really impressed with it! The quality of the bed was lovely, assembling it was nice and easy and the ordering process was really easy with great communication. I had no problems at all with delivery, it was very fast and the delivery driver was very nice and super helpful as he waited outside for me as I was running 10 mins late back from work. Overall, I feel I had an excellent experience, so I would definitely recommend. Thank you.

Just had my bed delivered and I’m so impressed! For a small price it’s such amazing quality! Quick and simple to order and fast delivery only took three days to get here. Very polite delivery men and amazing service!! Would definitely recommend! One happy customer ☺️
