I’m in love with our new Nina Wingback Tv bed. I went into DFS looking for a Tv bed but they were very minimal in terms of options, these guys are the best. Can customise anything we wanted as we’ve got a very awkward staircase and they accommodated our every request. Highly recommend.

Good quality luxury beds, amazing customer service and arrived on time. Definitely recommend purchasing beds from here. The whole process was very smooth from ordering and received the order.

Just received my order from Comfy Sleeps Home. The Walton TV bed, king size in cream naple fabric. I am absolutely over the moon! The delivery was within their estimated delivery time, it was triple wrapped and shipped to Glasgow, not a single mark on it. It is absolutely spotless, easy enough to construct (if you’ve got someone who kind of knows what they are doing, but hey ho!), looks beautiful when complete. It looks so luxurious! I’ve rushed out to get a TV and I plan on never leaving it. Cannot recommend enough, thanks guys! X

We absolutely love our new bed! Before ordering I contacted comfy sleeps with a few questions I had, and they called me within 24 hours. When speaking to them on the phone they made me aware to also make sure the headboard would fit up the stair case. This wasn’t even something I’d considered but as we weren’t in our new house yet, I sent them a picture of the staircase for them to judge if they thought it’d fit. Really good service, and we got the bed and headboard size that we wanted. If we ever need a new bed for any other room, we will definitely be back. They even delivered to us in Scotland!

Walked into their Leeds Showroom (Beautiful by the way), and purchased 2 superking beds and a bespoke fitted wardrobe. Amazing service from Pre Sales to After Sales. The delivery was a couple days later but they communicated this with me so no biggie. Veey happy customer

The experience I’ve had with this company is by far the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company.

I bought the Nina Wingback bed and matching ottoman box in September and had to email 3 times to make a very polite enquiry on a delivery date before I received a response. When the delivery was eventually made (a day later than scheduled) the 2 side panels were damaged. The delivery driver advised me to take a photo and send via SMS (which I did) and I also followed up by email (just in case). When I hadn’t received a response within 24 hours, either to my SMS or email, I rang their customer service team only to be advised to email a photo of the damage! I explained I had already done so. Their customer service advisor then went on to explain that ‘her manager was opening the email now’ and confirmed that the panels were damaged and replacements would be sent ‘as soon as possible’. This timescale was too vague and could mean anything from 1 week to several months before I received the replacement parts, so explained that I would like the replacement panels within 1 week or I would return the entire order for a full refund.

After 1 week with absolutely no communication whatsoever, I rang their customer service number to enquire on the delivery timescales. I left a voicemail (which no one responded to) and followed up later that day with an email, enquiring on the timescales. In that email I specifically requested for someone to contact me by noon the following day and failure to do so would result in me formally requesting to return the whole order for a refund. Again, I did not receive a telephone call or email within the outlined timescales and consequently sent an email requesting to cancel and return the order for a refund.

The following morning, a delivery driver turned up to my property in a car, with the replacement panels in his boot! He flatly refused to take away the damaged panels and essentially said ‘I could do what I wanted with the damaged panels’. This led to a rather unpleasant altercation on my doorstep with the delivery driver storming off empty handed, leaving me with a bed and ottoman box I’d formally requested to return, plus a 2nd pair of side panels.

I immediately sent another email, again reiterating my intention to return the full order in exchange for a refund. I also put the order status with Klarna in ‘dispute’ as one payment is left to make. 5 days after my formal request to cancel, I received an email formally rejecting my request to return the item on the basis ‘they had promptly resolved the issue’ despite my request to return the order for a refund, being emailed the day before the delivery driver brought the replacement side panels. In the email, they explained that they are always willing to work with their customers to come to a solution that works for both and offered to collect the order if I covered the cost of the goods (£223.50)!

After taking legal advice from a solicitor, I sent a formal Letter Before Action in compliance with the Practice Direction on Pre-Action Conduct. This outlined a counter-offer to cover £150 for the goods, not £223.50 as they had initially offered. I eventually received an email requesting a telephone appointment with their Managing Director, who accepted my offer and agreed to collect the bed ‘before the end of the year’. I received the refund as agreed, however, 3 weeks has elapsed and the bed still hasn’t been collected despite further emails/telephone calls.

I have been pragmatic, polite and patient throughout this whole experience but this company seems to be built on a foundation of poor quality control and poor customer service. Comfy Sleeps Home really needs to improve its operating model. You simply cannot treat customers this way and not expect negative reviews. I would never use this company again and will continue to share my experience with anyone I know who is looking to buy a new bed.

I’ll start with the positives… I got a full refund. The bed itself was awful. From missing parts, incorrect instructions, faults and significantly a flawed design which means the bed bowed in the middle, the best thing about this purchase was watching the bed get picked up again by the couriers. I ordered a super king ottoman. There was no base in the bed so once the slats lifted up, the storage was your bedroom floor. I wouldn’t touch an item from this supplier again. I got a refund, after chasing for a while and I’m grateful I did so I can put the experience of spending a lot of money on a product worth a fraction of the price firmly behind me. Buyer beware.

Bed arrived before time . Great company delivery driver was so helpful. Bed looks the nuts . Recommend this company. Please just make sure if you order the large headboard you can get it up your stairs. We just made it. NOT THE COMPANY FAULT MINE FOR NOT CHECKING!

Got our bed delivered and it's amazing! The diamond pillow top mattress is super comfy. Sharan at the showroom was friendly and helpful. Bed was ready for delivery before expected. Queries were efficiently replied to on Instagram. Great quality and pleasant overall experience.

Poor customer services. Impossible to get a hold of, and do not answer emails.
I ordered a bed back in Feb 2021, the bed arrived first without any instructions on how to put it together, then we realised the feet sent weren’t the ones we wanted and that a button was missing from the bed so I rang them up and after many attempts they finally answered I was told they would send the wooden feet, I waited for weeks and rang them again just to be told they didn’t have them and they needed to order well it’s September 2021 and I still haven’t gotten the wooden feet, they do not answer the phones or emails. What a sham of a business. I 100% would not recommend anyone to buy from this company.
