Borderline scam.

Once I'd paid, basically got ghosted and no help on trying to exchange for a different size. No phone # and emails to info get ignored.

Worst experience I've ever had. For one thing was a long wait for my package to arrive. Next thing sent the wrong shirt. Was not at all like what was shown on the website. I've been trying to contact this company for weeks trying to resolve this issue. Never again!!! I only entered that one star because that was the only way I could write my review. How can they get away with these actions.

If I could choose zero stars I would. It’s been almost a month. No tracking number. No response from human in response to my inquiries about my order. These people suck.

Scam. This company is stealing money. Ordered one pair of shorts a couple days ago and still haven’t received my email order.

Ordered 2 pairs of shorts for a gift. They were supposed to be an XL, they were a small. Returned shorts for refund, they received them via checking my tracking #. Sent at least 16 emails to them. Only got automated responses. No humans. They NEVER refunded my money. I'm out $50..

Completely misleading. Brought 4 pairs of shorts. Came straight from China. Waited weeks then got a shipping message, showed up on aust post app as coming straight from China. Cheap crappy shorts, no where near quicksilver shorts, not even a brand name!
Could have brought off Temu for 1/10 the price. 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

I too had a similar experience with my order. Once made everything went South. Unreachable is the word I would describe this company. My order did arrived months later as I want to change my size but there is no way to get any response from them . My order was a complete failure and it seem to have come from China which explains why it took so long to be delivered. Patience is all that I could do and the size was too small.

Ordered shorts and almost immediately tried to cancel order. The would not respond to emails and telephone calls. A month later received shorts and sent them back 7/19/2023. Post office said delivery would be 7/24. Disputed with my credit card and they told my card company I didn’t return them. I have the receipt! SCAM! Even Comfy Shorts bank GPC Financial’s listed telephone number doesn’t work! Should have kept the crap shorts and donated to Salvation Army.

If I could give no stars I would. I ordered my shorts and never received them. I’ve sent several emails and called with absolutely no response.

Just awful! They said shorts controls, stomach but instead made it look worse, showing every little roll. I’m a size 6 and they make me look like I’m a 10 or 12! Unless you’re a size 1 don’t buy, they look terrible!

Dont buy!!! they will not respond for returns.

Too bad there's not a negative star rating!!!.im so glad I used paypal,or I would have been a sucker for these fraudsters. Always a busy signal when I called( had to get their number from paypal) never answered my emails,nor produce a tracking number hope these dirty frauds get shut down!!

I ordered 4XL shirt , they sent a small with the tag removed from inside , but packaged in a 4XL bag. This is a scam .They do not want to refund unless you ship it back , and international shipping cost was $14.85 . I have filed a dispute with PayPal.

u send the wrong size and don't correct ur mistake

Do NOT order from comfyshirts.com or shirtsinstyle.com. I ordered 4 shirts for my wedding. They arrived more than a month late, after the wedding (I had ordered them 6 weeks before the wedding). The shirts were inferior quality. All 4 shirts were ordered as size 3XL; however, the shirts were no bigger than an XL size. I could not even wrap them completely around my chest and I could not fit my arm through two of the arm holes. I have tried repeatedly to get a refund from them. They have given me a return address in Canada with an incomplete zip code (the post office refused to take it). The address on their web site is in Buffalo, NY - Why do I have to return them to Canada? They delayed repeated trying to state that I did not contact them within 30 days of receiving the product - in fact, I contacted them 5 days after receiving the product, but they are trying to say they cannot accept the return because it was more than 30 days since I ordered it - It took them almost 9 weeks to ship the damned things for heavens sake, completely missing my wedding. More than 5 months later, even after I have spent $19 to ship the shirts back to them at my expense, they still refuse to refund me the $81 purchase price. But at least in each email that I receive from them, they kindly tell me that my satisfaction is their top priority. What a bunch of bull ! ! ! ! !!

I ordered a $26 shirt in July, 2020 and never to this date received it. I wrote two emails to them advising I had not received my order and requesting response. Never received the shirt and no response. My order No. was 844987 1265 CA. It is a scam.

I bought my husband six shirts from them. It took at least 4 months for the shirts to come and that's only after I told my credit card company what happened. I took a screen shot of my order date and sent it to the credit company as proof of when I placed the order. I told the credit card company to rescind the payment. When Comfyshirts realized the money was being taken back from their account, I received the shirts about a month later. Of the six shirts, three were as advertised and fit okay. The other 3 were made of some thin, shiny, fake silk material that was 2 szs too small. I didn't bother to send them back. I just didn't want the hassle.

Like all others that got screwed... I ordered 2 shirts in XL...I at least got 2 shirts, one in XXL ,the other XXXL. Besides being the wrong size , these are the CRAPPIEST fabric garments I have ever seen. China makes way better stuff than this. Tried over 5 times to get an RMA for return & keep getting a standard automated response say Covid is causing problems... TOTAL SCAM >>>>STAY AWAY !

Waited and waited . No product sent.

I ordered one shirt at the end of July, 2020. I have received no product or any communication. I have emailed the company four times and not received a reply. Tried calling the 800 number, it is disconnected.
