Delivery of my special bed.
Very friendly courteous and very helpful gentleman, understood my request when asked about removing old bed and mattress,
They done a good job cleaning and vacuuming as they worked,
Explained clearly the operation of the bed with the remote control and also the annual maintenance inspection.

Praying on the old and vulnerable
Turned up at my nans house trying to sell her a bed she doesn’t need.
Praying on the elderly, my nan doesn’t use technology so turn up at the door and chat there way in.
Then post a leaflet for her to complete, the bed was advised £8000 trying to scam the old people

I would be grateful if you could contact our customer service team on 0151 559 1140 so that we can investigate your concerns. As a general point we only visit customers by appointment and so would never just turn up at a customers home.
