Fantastic removal company, so helpful when booking a date to move house, turned up on time took great care of all of our belongings and moved us quickly. Overall a great company run by lovely people.

We first booked Collins in November 2021, however, due to being messed about by our first buyer we did not actually get moved until June 2022. All through this period Rebecca just asked to be updated when they could have easily asked us to find someone else. They also kept to the original quote even though fuel prices have gone through the roof. When it came for the time of the move they packed and moved us 250 miles within 2 days. They were very professional and easily adaptable to a few issues that we had. A superb family run business extremely friendly and I would recommend no one else. Just brilliant!!!

On the move day the team arrived promptly and did a great job clearing our three-storey townhouse with awkward staircases! Great removal company. Pleasant and easy to deal with. On the day they arrived on time and had everything moved to schedule. All the boxes were placed in the right rooms and they put protective coverings down on all the carpets and stairs to keep new house nice and clean. Highly recommended

We chose to go with Collins after recommendations from family. The whole experience of the move was dealt with very professionally by Kevin and Rebecca prior to the move date. There was a little intervention by the COVID Virus, but the matter was dealt with by Kevin and we were kept informed constantly.
Our move on the day went as smoothly as could be expected and the guys did an excellent job with emptying our previous home and then moving us into a first floor apartment.

The two guys were polite, matter of fact and simply got on with the job. We'd paid for 4 hours and they were done in 3 and a half, including deconstructing and reconstructing our king-size ottoman bed. They did exactly the job I wanted with no fuss.

Booked at short notice. Rebecca was very helpful and answered all of our queries. Van arrived on time. Loaded and unloaded in good time. Nothing damaged or broken. Thank you to all involved. We would be happy to use again.

We hired Collins Transport for our move this week over a long distance with the full packing service. Their service was excellent and the price was very reasonable.
