Lots of great items at a very reasonable price for discounted items.

The glasses are very nice I got a set of 4 each in the rectangle and the rounded bottom. They fit nicely. The bird rug is beautiful, and my Mother-in-Law loves it. It is light weight, so it does come up a bit with her walker when she forgets to pick up the legs. I'm never disappointed with my purchases from Collections, etc.

My order arrived in a timely manner. The only item I was disappointed with is the over the door storage unit. I expected it to be a little sturdier and able to hang on the door more firmly. I will keep it, but I am not able to use it the way I wanted.

Don't be fooled like I was -- avoid this seller unless you just can't find the item(s) elsewhere and are willing to pay a hidden premium to get it delivered. Website claims FREE SHIPPING but doesn't disclose that to get free shipping, you have to sign up for their paid premier service level which has a recurring subscription charge. I ordered an item for $16.99 and that's what was initially approved by me, but on the confirmation email they tacked on $14.49 in additional fees for "shipping" and "processing". I immediately replied to the confirmation with a clear request to cancel the order, but they ignored and processed it anyway. Deceptive business practice, bait-and-switch -- definitely not a trusted vendor in my book.

Just as I hit the approval button, I noted that the amount of my order was much more than I expected. Unfortunately, the page disappeared before I could catch it and I was forced to call the company, which I immediately did. I was told that the order had printed so I could not cancel it! Printed, not shipped! I had purchased something for $14.95 but was charged $29.42. It was supposed to be free shipping, so what made it so expensive? They tacked on a processing charge of $6.50, which they then included in the taxable amount, plus whatever else they tacked on making the total $29.42 for a $14.95 item. DO NOT TRUST THIS VENDOR! They are out to scam you out of your money! I will never shop there again and urge you to check your figures before hitting the accept button to keep your order safe from outright theft.

After viewing the CollectionsEtc website and placing an order, my credit card was ALSO charged with over $20. for "premier savings". Anyone doing business with this company should be aware of 'additional charges' added to your account !!

Company lies about free shipping. When I went to check out they charged $6.50 for handling and carrier surcharge. I called and they said the $6.50 charge is mandatory. On an $18 order?????? How is this free shipping?

NEVER IN MY 40 YEARS IN CUSTOMER SERVICE HAVE I HAD THE MISS FORTUNE TO DEAL WITH SUCH INCOMPETENCE AS I DID ON 10-18 & 10-19 WITH COLLECTIONS ETC. I WENT TO PLACE AN ORDER FOR CABLE KNIT BOTTIES # 27171 PRICES AT 12.99 & LUREX CABLE KNIT BOOTIES ALSO 12.99 # 45444. WHEN I ADDED TO MY CART THE 27171 BOOTIES SHOWS AT 14.99. DID SEVERAL TIMES. SO I CALLED YOU THEM ( SORRY DIDN'T GET HIM NAME) WAS ADVISED THEY WERE AWARE OF THE PROBLEM & WOULD BE FIXED IN ABOUT AN HOUR. WENT BACK 7 HOURS LATER & SAME PROBLEM. CALL BACK & SPOKE TO ALEX WHO DID IT & LEAD ME TO BELIEVE GOT IT TO WORK SO HAD HIM DO THE ORDER FOR ME. I HAD A CODE FOR FREE SHIPPING WHICH I ADVISED HIM. AT THIS TIME HE ATTEMPTED TO ADD ALL THIS OTHER STUFF TO MY ORDER WHICH I REFUSED. SO THE ORDER SHOULD HAVE BEEN ABOUT 33 DOLLARS. WHEN I CHECKED MY BANK I HAD BEEN CHARGED 41.43 CALLED BACK AND SPOKE TO A TANYA WHO INFORMED ME THEY RESERVE MONEY TO MAKE SURE IT WAS THERE. I have been a customer for many years. I have never done a return. I told customer service the item I received was low quality and not worth the price I paid of $19.99. I asked to speak to a supervisor but they would not put me through or have them call me. It also was not working when I first took it out of the packaging and part of it had fallen apart. Customer service wants me to pay for postage to send it back. If they send me a label to ship it they will deduct $13.99 from my $19.99 leaving me only a $6.00

Placed an order for around $26,checked my bank account the next day and two amounts were listed on; one was $261and one for $240. I called customer service they stated the $240 was a pre-authorized amount that is held in addition to the billing amount and once the items are shipped the $240 would be released in 6 days. Since this was a debit account $500 was put on hold until shipment which I wasn't expecting.

I ordered a quilt for 19.97 as the email I received said free shipping. It wasn't free, and I ended up paying 36.16. I called to cancel the order with just minutes and was told they 'can't do that'. I asked them if everybody who didn't want an item was now stuck with it. The person on the phone said no you can return it, we just can't cancel it. Ah hah! you just want to keep the 'handling' fee and the taxes. So off of every order, you refuse to cancel it so that you can keep roughly 10.00 on each order, thereby your company makes money off of each order NO MATTER WHAT! How ingenious. I wouldn't even have given one star if I had a choice. I would have given negative 5 stars! What a cheap and crappy way to treat customers.

The curtains I ordered, for my kitchen, are so beautiful. The curtains for my bedroom are elegant and also beautiful.

The ordering process was easy. The items ordered were delivered in a box that kept the items from any damage during transport.

My experience was good everything came in one piece with nothing broken

I had issues making an order on the website. After a complete month, my order finally went through. I was about to delete the order when I tried for the last time. Then after weeks of ordering, I called the company and said that my order had not been received. I was told that it was in the Warehouse about to be shipped. When I finally received the order, it was short an item that I had ordered three (3) of. I received two (2). When I called, the lady said that the item would be shipped. It finally arrived about 2 weeks later.

A little ;ong what I expected for delivery! Delivery was good! Great merchandise! was pleased with it!
