This company is a joke. I ordered some bras from them. They took over a month and half to turn up. Then when they did there so called sizing is completely wrong! And they don’t accept returns or give refunds which I think is out of order

Took nearly one month to arrive. DD size ordered, cup size barely a C cup, more like B cup! Waste of money! Go to a shop and try on, also now can't get in touch with them! Not gonna be worth returning, just money down the pan!!!

I brought bra’s from this company about a year ago they was great. Then I brought another 6 3 weeks ago these are terrible there’s not enough material for the boob bit. I have emailed them no reply. Everyone please avoid

I bought a bra over a month ago and still not got … it’s been in the uk then Belfast apparently.. they keep saying wait but still not got.. do not go near this site it’s a fraud site and will not refund me… stay away.FRAUD DO NOT BUY FROM…

Scam company. They sent me faulty bras which I paid over £20 for and have said they will only give me £7 back, or I will have to send them back paying $30 shipping at my own expense. They refuse to acknowledge the product is faulty and what their policy is, and now ignore my emails. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Absolutely terrible quality. Ordered the strapless bras. The video shows a full support bra but what you get is a flimsy bad fitting awful quality product. It does not support like the video it flattens you and when you lean over the front pops out. It’s awful. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. PayPal address is all Chinese says it all. Scammers selling in the UK !! Website offers return but they now won’t accept my return and offered £2 compensation. All the people on the video ad saying they are great must be scams as it’s funny how their own Facebook accounts have the video ad as the top post.

Giving one star as can’t leave none!
Terrible company. Item far too small, tried to return and was told I need pay return costs to china. Customer service non existent. Avoid at all costs!

Delivery took months bras finally arrived quality absolutely terrible nothing like what was advertised offered £2 compensation as costs to much to return them I refused offered £4 finally agreed to £6 bra was £25 they says just give them away 🤬 DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Terrible please avoid this company they sent me wrong size so I asked for my money back they offered me £2 even tho they sent me the wrong size. They wouldn't of fitted anyway as tiny and nothing like in the video. Please don't waste your money like I did.

If I could give zero stars I would!!! No items after waiting 6 weeks for delivery and no correspondence from seller. Escalated to PayPal, hopefully I can get my money back.

One star rating was too much!!! Would have given no stars!! Waited for a month for delivery and when the item arrived it was of poor quality, no support and the sizing was totally inaccurate, nothing like the what they advertised .
I Emailed to ask for return instructions to be told a £3 refund would be given and to keep the items, obviously I refused and £8 refund was offered them £9.50 .I am now in the process of claiming my money back through PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Only wished I had read the reviews before ordering 😡

Just shocking. Even the shop page contradicts itself. I should have noticed sooner 🤦‍♀️ In one part it says non-underwired and in another it says underwired. It says no silicone but then has a paragraph saying it has silicone strips. It says elasticated sides and shows these big chunky elasticated sides- mine showed up with thin strips of elastic & silicone on the sides. It says order up a size which I did and yet the cup still seems 3 sizes too small. It says it has boned sides to help keep it up..mine does not have boned sides. All in all I was definitely not sent the bra from the video

STAY WELL AWAY ABSOLUTE JOKE OF A COMPANY Do not buy from these if you need to return they offer you £4 then when u say you want to return for a full refund they ignore you - despite a so called return policy on their website!!
Shocking customer service and seems to be the theme on here also wish I had read reviews prior to ordering

One star rating was too much!!! Would have given no stars!!! Waited for a month for delivery and when the item arrived the sizing was totally inaccurate, poor quality and nothing like the advert suggested. The garment wouldn't fit a child let alone an adult!! Emailed to ask for return instructions to be told a £2 refund would be given and to keep the items, obviously I refused and £6 refund was offered🤣🤣I am now in the process of claiming my money back through PayPal. Avoid this company at all costs!!! Only wished I had read the reviews before ordering 😡

Sizes completely inaccurate, emailes to ask return details for refund to be told to keep items & accept £2 refund as good will gesture (what a joke) because to send them back would cost ME a fortune, when this was refused they increased offer to £6 maximum. Wish I had read reviews before ordering.... to my cost!!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Absolute rip off. Sizes not accurate at all. Won’t allow returns just told to give away and order a bigger size!?!?? Customer service shocking, a total sham do not waste your money!!!!

Poor quality items and no way to contact them to refund or send back. Sizes completely inaccurate. Don’t waste your money.

Shocking quality and sizing and customer services are little to no help. Don’t waste your time or money

Brought 2 bras, both have the same size lables in then but completely different sizes, and all they keep telling me is to gift them to a friend as they are superior quality!!!

AVOID AT ALL COST

Avoid at all costs. Temu like items. Bra wouldn't fit barbie never mind humans. Quality super low and delivery took more than month. It's a big fat SCAM. Avoid Avoid Avoid
