Coapt Anmeldelser

I have used Toby @Coapt for over 15 years now, and I’ve got to say he’s been fantastic. I have several rental properties in and around Brighton which he looks after.
I have only ever had seasonal void periods, the rent has been paid on the dot and any maintenance is taken care of without fuss or outlandish charges.
Thanks to Toby and his team for running my small portfolio with very little (if any) stress placed on me

Super friendly and professional with my enquiry. I spoke with Maddie who was helpful and patient.

I can’t express enough how helpful Chloe was for us. Everything has been very stressful with moving but she made the experience so much smoother. Thank you again!! :)

Chloe extremely helpful with looking for a new property and answered all my questions

Chloe was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. She was always quick to respond to any questions we had and really took the time to make sure we understood everything. When it came to booking viewings, she was great at working around our busy schedules – which made a big difference. Thanks to her support, we were able to view all the properties we were interested in without any hassle.

I imagine that Coapt must be one of, if not the largest student letting agency in Brighton and I'm not surprised that Toby and his team have been able to grow the business so quickly. I think they understand that to be successful they need the landlords, the tenants and their staff to be happy and I think this one of the key ingredients to their success. All of the staff seem to be well trained and professional as well as being very knowledgeable and responsive and work together well as a team. The tenants that I've spoken to always seem to be happy with their experience and as a landlord I'm extremely happy with the way that my properties are managed and it leaves me with a stress and worry free experience which other letting agents have definitely not provided. Thanks Toby and the Coapt team for all your hard work.

We've rented with Coapt for years and never had any issues - things are sent on time and we know if we need anything fixed it's usually sorted fairly quicker- I've had dealings with Adam, and Ollie and both have been professional and good to deal with!

I called up with some query’s and I was speaking to Chloe F who was very helpful and answered all of my questions, very polite and informative.

Maddie was super helpful in finding me my forever home. Thank you Coapt & Maddie!

Florence was on time, knew the property inside out, and was very polite and helpful.
She also proactively followed up and supplied further properties that might suit my needs.
Great service!

lost my key for the second time. Chris from the Lewes road office drove me back, opened my door up and wished me a great day. 10/10 service

Very friendly set off staff who work hard to ensure everything always runs smoothly with our house.

Thanks to Maddie, I found my dream house. It’s been tough finding the perfect place for my family and I, but we’re finally ready to settle down and develop somewhere that we can call home. Maddie was super helpful, listening to all our requests and needs. A huge weight off my shoulders. Thanks again!

A very professional service from start to finish … nothing was too much trouble to Toby and the team … would recommend Coapt for all rentals 👍

After having dealt with many sub-par property managers, Toby has been a breath of fresh air and has delivered on every promise he has made to date. He has made every dealing I have had with him a positive experience and I would highly recommend him and the team at Coapt.

Toby went the extra mile to assist with our property search. The company provided more options than others so would recommend

While organising accommodation for my daughter dealt with Toby who’s positive engagement and approach were exemplary.

Dealt with Toby, Adam and Matt on the sales side and couldn’t be happier. Great communication, knowledge and really got to understand my needs and tailored viewings to suit. Nothing too much trouble, responsive and helpful. Highly recommend

I’ve been a client of Co-apt for 20 years. In the early days, the owner, Toby, personally looked after me, and over the years, his team has continued to provide excellent service. They manage several of my properties, and I’ve always found them to be professional, responsive, and reliable. The houses are let every year without issue, and both maintenance and rent collection are handled efficiently. I highly recommend Co-apt to both landlords and tenants.

Coapt too care of the rentals for my flat and that of my partner. They did a great job finding tenants and checking them in and out,

They also then managed to sell my flat when that time came, overall a great experience and special thanks to Toby.
