Customer Service has been great as I reopen my account with Co-Wheels. Originally joined in 2018 when we went car-free for a couple of years but then then cancelled when we bought our EV for frequent, long-distance trips. I've just re-joined as our circumstances have changed again and it was a really easy process. Customer service was prompt to reply and really helpful. Glad to see they are continuing to provide a great service!

I have been using Co Wheels for three years now and I love the service and I love not having a car. I'd highly recommend ditching your private car and switching to a car sharing service like Co Wheels.

Yesterday I broke down in one of the Co Wheels cars (my fault, not theirs) and the customer service was fantastic. Many thanks to Gareth and team for all of their speedy and compassionate help!

When my last car gave up the ghost last year I decided not to replace it. Most of the time I use my bike but sometimes a car is useful for a big shop or to go further afield. I have always been able to book one when I needed and never had any problems (except occasionally inconsiderate other drivers parking in the car club spot when I return it). I realised recently they even have vans which is going to be useful. Highly recommended.

Been using these several years now and yes they are amazing. Cars are well maintained, and if you have any issues, customer service are very responsive and helpful and really sort you out fast, a rarity in modern times!!!

I felt I got conned or I conned myself when joining. I had a promotional code, offering free membership with a monthly £5 subscription fee payable, via a door drop leaflet that had referencing to my local council authority. When presenting the promotional code, Co Wheels still took £25 joining fee.
Very difficult to get human correspondence from Co Wheels when I attempted to query this issue.

Great service ideal for those wanting to give up use of a personal vehicle. I’ve been a member for over a year and I have never had an issue with finding an available car near me. Customer service are quick to respond to any queries and are always friendly.

Last time I used Co-wheels we found that the central passenger seatbelt had no latch to fasten it so my family had to abandon a trip to our dentist in Bath.

Another time the car couldn’t be unlocked due to a system failure leaving us needing a taxi.

The first time I ever used Co-wheels was to get to my brother-in-law’s funeral in Bristol. The hybrid system was faulty and I had to get a train and arrived late.

I use a Co-Wheels car when available when I am travelling, for example when visiting my daughter in Glasgow. My experience has been excellent. On the occasions that I have had a problem with familiarising myself with the system or car I have been able to get prompt, courteous and helpful support. I'd love there to be a car near where I live in Folkestone.

Despite living within 2 miles of Bristol centre, I need to walk 20+ minutes to get to a car. My repeated requests for a car closer to my neighbourhood have fallen on deaf ears.

I paid my membership and tried for a month to book one of the local cars. Every time there was no availability, whatever time of day, or weekend/weekday. When I emailed to ask for explanation and help I received no reply. Cancelled my membership, with details of why I was cancelling, again i had no explanation. They were quick to cancel, the only positive comment I can make.

Use them whenever I have need for a car - weekend away, trip to B&Q,. whatever! The cars are clean and well maintained. Once we had an issue and they got AA out within an hour. (read some of 1 star reviews, seem like whiney people with very specific personal experiences! I mean one complains about a few hairs in the car... it's a shared car, not a hire car company, so yeah occasionally there will be signs of previous life in there! If you can't cope with that don't use car share, and maybe just don't go outside at all.)

Instantly resolve any issues on the app that may occur!
Very happy with co wheels so far the mg 4 electric cars are a dream to drive, use your charging cable to in-able the apple play and makes life effortless 10/10 service from Arron !!!
