This is a review for the service received from CNM rather than the heater itself. When the current heater was broken down and our normal provider informed us there was no stock available until the end of December, we had a look online to find somebody who had it in stock. CNM's site indicated that the heater was in stock with delivery time 48 hours. So we ordered it. First there was an email that the price had to be uplifted. That was a bit strange, so we asked if the heater was in stock indeed. After a positive answer, the extra money was paid, only to receive the next day an email saying that the courier lost all delivery's products including 'our heater' and there is no stock any more. That was a very poor excuse (almost laughable) to cover CNM's dishonesty about all this buy and I would avoid this company at all cost !!!

Having done so, I can categorically confirm that we did not provide a “poor excuse”; on the contrary, the information given to you was accurate and provided in good faith.
Regrettably, the courier did lose your item, along with several others during the same period. Transparency and honesty are values we hold in the highest regard, and in this instance, we were entirely forthcoming regarding the circumstances surrounding the issue.
While we fully appreciate how frustrating this situation must have been, please be assured that our intention throughout was to communicate honestly and work towards a resolution as promptly as possible.
