If it was possible I would give 0 stars, if you are going to Rent from Clyde take photos and video evidence of EVERYTHING, grime, dirt, grease, chips, wall scuffs etc.

I rented for 6 months, at the start of the tenancy I showed evidence of the flat not being "commercially clean" like Clyde stated it was, at the end of Tenancy they are trying to charge me £200 for a cleaning fee when I left it above the condition that they left it to me.
They stated in an email that they were sorry but if I had raised at the time it was not clean they could have rectified the issue, I provided evidence that I uploaded proof when I moved in now they are just ignoring the fact that actually they didn't reach out at the time.

Now I'm stuck going through a Dispute with Safe deposits Scotland to get my money back which is just a faff.

I'm not sure if it's ignorance or incompetence within Clyde Properties, but either way whatever the issues within this company, it's not worth your headache because remember, they don't care about you, they are there to always benefit the Landlord that is their client.

The Clyde Property Helensburgh team were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. It was a pleasure selling my property with them, and their professionalism and support made everything straightforward and stress-free. I would happily recommend them to anyone looking to sell their home.

Used the Bearsden office recently to both sell and buy. Absolutely wonderful service from everyone involved.
