The kitchen & bathroom fitters were excellent nothing was a problem. Would definitely use them again.

The work was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of disruption to us. The contractor Steven worked tirelessly and we are very pleased with our new bathroom!

I’m really happy with my bathroom installation, the quality of workmanship is fantastic and my bathroom looks as good as I hoped it would. Monika worked really really hard to ensure everything was perfect for me and Scott’s design was great, I received calls almost daily from Clyde bathrooms checking on progress and if I was happy with my install. Overall a very positive experience and an amazing new bathroom!

As with all contracts, occasionally things go wrong but Clyde Kitchens are exceptional at making them right!
We had a few minor issues re design in our new kitchen install but we cannot fault the length Eddie at Clyde went to ensure these were sorted professionally and without quibble.
If only all firms lived up to this standard of resolving things... so thanks to Clyde Kitchens for engaging with us to conclude these issues.

Was going to get 3 quotes for new kitchen Clyde kitchens was first to arrive jack the sales rep was very impressive showed us what it would look like on his laptop we went with that very professional then the installation date was agreed and Ben arrived he was excellent from start to finish ,as I was a joiner all my working life/now retired/ I know a good job when I see it ,couldn’t fault any of his work wish him well for the future ,also must mention Sharon who phoned every day to see if I was happy with the work ,Clyde kitchens where great from day one many thanks to all lnvolved would definitely recommend

Walet and his team gave me a beautiful new downstairs toilet to compliment the new kitchen I was having fitted by Clyde at the same time. Definately recommend Clyde for design and workmanship

Cannot speak highly enough of this company and their fitters. Our bathroom went from drab and dull to beautiful and stunning. They came up with ideas that we wouldn't have thought would have been possible and we love the finished look. Sharon rang every day to check we were happy with progress. Liberty Renovation Ltd did our instal. It did run over a little however this was down to the superb workmanship. We could not be happier with our new bathroom which was well worth the wait and have booked them in to do our en-suite in January as well. 5 Stars for sure. Highly recommend!!!

everyone at clyde kitchens were so helpful you could ask any anything made you feel at ease since day one.would recommend them.

I really cant fault the team, great products and great fitting team. The only thing that's stopping me give a 5 is when it came to removing the rubbish from the front garden of the old bathroom it took 4 days to get removed and we had neighbours complain. I called Clyde Kitchens and bathrooms only to be told no one is in from ops. I called the fitter who said the pick up had broken down...was still 2 days later before it was removed.

They explained everything very well .
Everything was completed to high standard and any problems ironed out quickly .team was very polite and courteous throughout
Was phoned every night to report on progress any any issues

The kitchen designer was very helpful at suggesting ideas at the onset. I had two local kitchen fitters who followed the plan exactly as I wanted it, very professional, easy to liaise with, they just got on with it - arrives fairly early, always left the job clean and tidy removing the old kitchen and all packaging from new kitchen. There were a few minor issues but they were dealt with promptly. I’m very happy with the final results and would have no hesitation recommending this company. In addition, there was a brief call every night from the company asking about progress. Communication throughout was top notch.

Had my kitchen fitted about a month ago. Firstly thank you Cameron for the amazing design, Scott and Tam for the amazing fit.
All first class service, Cameron took the design from my head and the guys fitted it, exactly what I asked for at the most reasonable price.
The company are amazing to work with ( as this was my second time working with them), they really care about producing the best work.
We will definitely be using them again.

Clyde did a great job. We were happy with the previous Kitchen job they did for us, and had no doubts about using them for our bathroom which we are very happy with.

From our first contact until the work was completed Clyde were amazing. Martin our Designer was excellent, his knowledge and experience made deciding on the final design easy. Walat and his installation team were first class and very considerate. They looked after our property and made sure there was no mess. We would recommend Clyde to anyone. Excellent service all round.

Absolutely over the moon with our two bathrooms. We initially had Scott come down and done a site visit and measure up, talked us through the whole process and gave us a range of options to think about, few days later he sent us some designs and with a lot of back and forth to find our perfect bathrooms (and a tremendous amount of patience from Scott haha) we got there, gave us a price without any pressure and we went ahead. Few days later we had Monika and her partner come down to conduct a survey which went well and a couple weeks later Monika and team started the fit, unfortunately due to the condition of the main bathroom the fit team had several major unforeseen issues to work around but came up with plans and got stuck in and done some fantastic joinery work. The end results are top tier and have no doubt in recommending Clyde bathrooms. We will be seeing the team again down the line for the kitchen next, thanks guys. Thomas and Katie.

Our experience with this company was outstanding from beginning to end. From salesperson to fitters & aftersales everything was perfect. Would highly recommend.

I would like to thank Stefan Sinclair for his help for getting my replacement Kitchen Doors. After a wee problem with them. Great company and very helpful.

I have reluctantly given 1 star as this is the only way I can leave a review. I am extremely disappointed with this company, I didn’t want to leave a bad review, I would rather have resolved this, however they have left me no option as despite several emails they are not giving a mutually agreed date to discuss compensation

The installation of our kitchen started on 28th October 2024 and ended on 9th July 2025:

During this time:

Payment for units was made in full, as requested, before delivery on 21/10/24
Half the cost of fitting paid to the initial fitter who then went off sick
The other half was paid to the replacement fitters, however when they left, we noticed doors were damaged and the new ceiling they fitted was sagging and uneven. This had to be replastered by our own decorator, at our own cost
There were 4 separate visits from workmen and 3 deliveries of damaged units
The screws not fitted correctly on dishwasher door which damaged 2 sets of doors, including the current set
Several doors and panels were damaged during fitting
Our new American Style Fridge/Freezer was damaged in several places when moved during the installation
We had to endure the cost and physical effort of having to lay protective floor covering on 4 separate occasions
We had to call Clyde's office frequently to chase for updates
There were visits from the Clyde Sales Director and the company who manufacture the kitchen units to look at the damage and argue who is at fault
I sent a letter and email to the Sales Director on 18th July 2025 requesting compensation for disruption, significant stress, anxiety and inconvenience and after receiving no response I chased and received a reply on 19th August proposing a meeting on a day I work. I proposed 2 other dates and, to date, this has been ignored. Another date was not suitable and a telephone call with requested with no response to date

The kitchen installation is complete; however the quality of the units is very poor, we had to fill in holes on units and touch up the paint on doors. The inside of the units is a mess as there were no caps fitted on the screws. The sink is now leaking and doors rubbing against each other!

I would not recommend this company.
