I feel as though I’m constantly fighting to get people to do their job so the process of getting a whole new bathroom was daunting. However, from my very first contact to the removal of debris every step with Clyde Bathrooms was top notch. Every single person did what they said they would do when they said they would do it. From Scott who came out first of all, through fitters, tilers and Sharon who called me every day to check I was happy with the process, every one of them worked their socks off and my job was completed to my satisfaction a day earlier than expected. Have already given their number to two people and definitely recommend them. Very competitive pricing too!

Wanted something new and modern to replace my outdated ensuite and Clyde certainly delivered. Charlie in sales was excellent in helping with the design (and putting up with my many questions). The install team were amazing Lee and Billy doing everything apart from tiling, with Brian and Davy doing the tiling. Very professional team, high standard of workmanship, cleaning up after themselves, attention to detail, a perfect job (and I'm picky lol). Couple of issues relating to the delivery of kit, were resolved quickly by Clyde and Lee rescheduled work plan so no delay. Sharon checking in daily to ensure no isdues. All completed in 4 days to a very high standard. Grewt team effort = Delighted customer.

Right from the moment we met Cameron the salesman /designer Clyde kitchens felt right for us. Professional and no pressure sales. We now have a beautiful kitchen fitted by Marshall and Craig fantastic guys experts in there field, fitted in four days no mess whatsoever and all rubbish removed. Sharon phoned us every day to make sure we were happy. Thank you Clyde kitchens for our beautiful kitchen

We had a great experience with Clyde from the outset. Phil was our first contact and was helpful friendly and efficient. Our fitters Lee and Billy were first class as we’re out tilers Brian and Davy. There were no issues with our bathroom fitting and we were kept informed and updated throughout. Finally Sharon called us every day to check we were happy with everything.
At the end of the fit all of the rubbish and old kitchen fittings were removed within half an hour.

I found the project, from start to finish, as pleasant as building work can ever be. The rep who visited was pleasant and helpful and considered my needs. I felt she gave good advice. The fitting team were excellent: workmanship looks good and they did not make a mess. Also, there suggestions for modifications were spot on. I think I got reasonable value for money and am pleased with the end result. In fact, I feel stingy in not giving five stars. Was the odd "Chinese whisper" in the communications between HQ and the fitters enough to justify that stinginess? Not sure, but I would happily use the company again and would recommend to family and friends.

Recently had a new bathroom fitted by Clyde Kitchens and Bathrooms and am completely happy with my choice
Firstly Scott the designer came to my home and put me completely at ease there was no upsell or hard sell my daughter and I chose what we wanted and Scott listened and helped with our choices he took time to advise us all along re any changes or updates and his advice was invaluable.Big thank you to Scott.
Andy and Mathew were our fitting team and I have never seen two men work as hard they came in the morning and worked non stop. Andy also consulted us all the way and went out of his way to be helpful explaining everything as it was happening then cleaning and hoovering up each day I was never left with any mess their work and finish was faultless and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
Finally Sharon in the office phoned us every day to make sure everything was running smoothly and to make sure we were happy with everything that was being done.
Also all the old bathroom which was stacked neatly outside was collected within a few hours of the work being completed.
I am very happy with my new bathroom and would like to thank the Clyde bathrooms team for all the help and support we received.

We had a great experience with Clyde Kitchens and couldn't fault them, and would recommend them.
Cameron was our assigned planner / designer, and we tapped into his architect qualifications to get his thoughts and advice, and he helped us down to the finest details to let our kitchen flow and work best for us. He was extremely patient as we deliberated over colours and changed our minds constantly and he always had a smile, even though we took up so much of his time! Such a lovely person to deal with, his attention to detail, experience and manner will stick with us. He is an absolute asset to Clyde Kitchens!
Scott was our kitchen fitter and surveyor. I got a good vibe from him as soon as he came out to measure up, and nothing was going to be a bother, very calm and confident and a really nice smiley person. He came along with Tam to fit our kitchen. Tam is a really lovely person and so polite and helpful. They worked their socks off, and a great team together with their banter.
They liaised with us every step of the way. They would double check things with us, and make sure we were happy. They were so cheery and professional. We've had workers in our house who have been grumpy or rushing the job too much, but again, these guys took pride in their work and are perfectionists!
Then to the office staff, Scott and Davie were really helpful and patient with us.
Sharon checked in with us every day just in case there were any issues and she was so cheery and helpful too.
The quality of the products and suppliers they use are excellent, and we had no snags or waiting for parts/ products.
Thanks again Clyde Kitchens, you've honestly been amazing and so glad we chose you!

Having given the company time to respond to my issues (with no response as promised in emails already exchanged ), I now feel I need to share my experience, and warn others what they might expect from Clyde kitchens .

After obtaining numerous quotes to renew my kitchen back in Oct / Nov 23, I chose Clyde kitchens as they claimed to be able to provide me with a completed kitchen within a specified time frame.
A week before the agreed installation date, I contacted them to check everything was on plan. I was then told the fitter would be visiting me to discuss. When he did, he informed me he could not meet the agreed date for installation.
At that point I contacted Clyde to cancel my order. Director Stefan asked me to allow the company time to make things right, and arranged another kitchen fitter.
Another date was therefore arranged, later than I’d wanted, however I decided to agree to it.
Unfortunately that date was changed too and my kitchen installation started later than I expected, and also took longer than I was advised it would take.
I found the installation process slow and very disruptive.
What I hadn’t realised also, was that you are dealing with different people during this process and paying them separately.

Eventually my kitchen was ‘completed’ after 7/8 days spread out over 2 weeks, and not the 5 I’d been advised.
Again, I have photos which I have sent to the company showing a very unfinished kitchen at that time.
I’ve had to pay a decorater (possible naivety on my part… I thought the walls would’ve been painted in a ‘complete kitchen’), and then last month (6 weeks after installation) I received an electrics bill for nearly £700….. which was much more than what I’d been told to expect.

Yes, my kitchen looks better… but it was not a completed job.

So, apologies for this long post however in summary….. Be careful and don’t be fooled by their sales pitch.
I feel very stupid, and despite being a fairly sensible and intelligent person, as a female on her own, I have been left feeling very vulnerable.

Our sales representative Cameron was extremely helpful and answered every query prompty, whether it was email or call, he is an asset to the company. Our fitter Stevie went above amd beyond for us and his workmanship was top notch! His final tidy up was good. Delighted with the final product.

From start to finish we were impressed by the customer service and advice given in the purchase and installation process. Thanks to Rochelle for the design and advice regarding suitable appliances.The installing of the kitchen began as hoped for on the 15th Jan, Liam who was co ordinating the build was on site each day at 8am plumber and electrician arrived as and when needed. Liam kept us informed of the daily progress and ensured we were satisfied with that. Apart from a couple of minor hiccups the installation was completed and we were delighted with the result.

Information from Cameron was spot on and he listened to what we were looking for and helped us choose all the things that make our en-suite look fabulous. Stevie was fantastic, everything done on time and a really perfect job. He went above and beyond. The tilers were also fab, they flew through the work and also made a cracking job of it. Sharon called every day to check that all was going well. We are absolutely thrilled with the service, professionalism and quality from the whole team at Clyde kitchens and would no hesitate to call on them for our project.

Installing a new kitchen can be stressfu,l but from the moment we entered Clyde Kitchens showroom in Airdrie we were put at ease by Sharon who listened to what we were looking for and talked us through all the options we were after, she arranged for Harry who's their designer to visit our house and he asked just what we were looking for and after taking some measurements and photos came up with what we had in mind in actual pictures amazing ! their fitter a guy called Alan Nicolson also paid us a visit a week before the start date to familiarise himself with the layout, he may be called a fitter or a joiner but in reality he's actually a magician he transformed our old kitchen into a modern great place to be in, his workmanship is superb and a really nice guy as well , so having read this you'll probably realise that we are very happy with our new kitchen and and the folk at Clyde Kitchens ..

We had our kitchen fitted in April last year and 9 months later and with lots of use I can honestly say our kitchen is as good now as the day it was fitted. Excellent customer service and the two workmen Billy and Lee went above and beyond in everything. They were so friendly and worked non stop. I can highly recommend them and Clyde kitchens for great service, quality workmanship and quality units. We would definitely use them again. Thank you so much.

The fitters, (Nikolay and tina) were fabulous. Hard working , organised and very tidy. Lovely people.
Got a call from sharon every day to check everything was ok. Any concerns were followed up the next day and rectified.

Every step of the way, the people at Clyde Bathrooms were amazing. Steven, who came to my house initially was helpful and supportive throughout. Sharon, who I first spoke to when I was just enquiring and who kept me updated throughout, even calling every day during my refurb to check I was happy with everything and was so helpful and friendly. And Andrzej who did such a beautiful job of my bathroom and left my house absolutely spotless. I couldn’t be happier with the service.

Very professional company, so helpful from designing the kitchen to choosing the style. I was delighted with the end result, fitters were very good and helpful.

Got my bathroom recently from Clyde Kitchens. From start to finish the team were amazing. Once the fitting started, Sharon from the office called every night to check everything was ok. The fitters were clean and tidy always cleaning up at the end of each day. Any issues that arose were sorted right away and nothing was too much work.

each and every workman went out of their way to help
and keep the mess down. they were also quick to do a fine job. Extras I asked them to do were done willingly.
I would recommend this company to anyone.
