I've been with Cluttons for just over a year, and they have always been very responsive whenever I reached out and always willing to find a way to make things work. I have used Cluttons(Tower Bridge office)’ service when I was looking for and moving in to a flat in London and it was so pleasant and reliable. The agent Bhavika and Brooke were incredibly professional, thoughtful and caring from the viewing, contract singing, move-in process to post contract. Due to my personal situations, things got tricky and in tight schedule, but they were throughout the time kind, and took care of everything so thoughtfully. I got surprised for several times how thoughtful and professional they are seeing things by putting themselves in my shoes, catching and reminding me of all important things for me, trying to resolve any issues I had and always being reached promptly. Excellent experience with the sale of a property in London W2. It was a long process & throughout both Verity Chick & Bek Airpov were both professional & very helpful. Verity was always available to answer questions advise on issues & help with much form filling.

I had a very complicated sale of a flat in London. We used Veriy from Cluttons Hyde Park and she was fantastic , there were many obstacles to the sale and Verity led me through the whole processes there were many moving parts to this sale and to add to the complication I am living in Ireland ,but Verity kept me informed and advised on how to go about getting over different problems, documents being signed just one, this was a very long winded process dealing with the Council, Solicitors and different laws in U.K. to Ireland
So yes go to Cluttons Hide park and ask for Verity every time

Calum was absolutely amazing during our property search in Wapping, London. He showed us around a beautiful flat, and with his support and guidance we were able to send and receive acceptance of our offer within just a few days.

Additionally, we ran into several issues surrounding referencing; Calum was a great support during this, offering us constant communication and talking to us on the phone to help explain things to us. With his help, we were able to overcome the issues and sign the tenancy agreement for our dream flat (where I am now writing this from!).

The team at Cluttons were all also extremely friendly when we went in, and I know Calum kindly gave my partner a lift to the property for the key handover.

The property was also in pristine condition when we arrived to move in and it's clear hard work had been put in/organised in order to get the flat ready for us.

I have to say, this is my first and so far only positive experience with a letting agent in London; we have both had some terrible experiences with other agencies this year, and so I'm incredibly grateful Calum and the team at Cluttons have provided such a positive experience for my partner and I's first property together!
