No email back regarding my damaged phone
Ordered a phone and email them to let them know of a damage to the camera with pictures no response to the email.

Possible Scam
I had a very concerning experience with Clove Technology. I placed an order and paid via credit card, only to receive an email shortly after saying that my order was cancelled. The reason? Apparently, they only accept bank transfers for processing, which wasn’t mentioned anywhere during the checkout process.
It seems like a scam or at least a highly questionable business practice. Why would they cancel an order after payment via credit card, but then continue to push for payment via bank transfer, a much riskier method for customers? This lack of transparency is troubling, and I’m now left unsure whether I should trust them with any future orders.
Given my experience, I would strongly advise against doing business with Clove Technology, especially if you're asked to pay through a method that offers little to no buyer protection. Proceed with caution.

Absolute rubbish. Card is registered to same address as delivery address, a UK residential address.
Beware please as this sounds like a scam

Poor Service
I bought a Apple Watch from them using Wowcher and it was faulty battery lasted a couple hours at best, contacted them and they told me they would replace it. So I sent it off and heard nothing a week later I had to contact them to find out what was going on and they said they wouldn't replace it and sent a refund to Wowcher. I spoke to Wowcher and they haven't sent a refund at all.

Fairphone 5 in the United States
I ordered a Fairphone 5 from Clove because they're the only place I could find that would ship Fairphone 5s to the US. They used very fast shipping (DHL Express), and the phone was packed very well and arrived undamaged. If you don't use PayPal and you're ordering for the first time, they'll ask for a picture of the card used to pay for the order and the cardholder's ID, but I provided that immediately and my order was shipped exactly when I expected it to be.

Full marks for information, customer responsiveness and price
I ordered a phone on Christmas day. I got an email reply a couple of days later explaining why there would be a delay fulfilling my order. Yet it still arrived before the day they quoted.
I was really pleased with the care they took and the promptness of their service.
Their price was very competitive too.
Also their web site explained that new phones only operate in specific global regions - which is something I didn't know and which I haven't seen explained anywhere else.

Dodgy.
I ordered a Intel I7 CPU on the 31st of December and it was cancelled today (2nd January) for a quote "Stock issue" despite the product still being in stock on the website. My order should have been completed. I have send an email however I have not received a reply as of yet. Shady business practice.
Update: Clove has since tried to cover this up by removing the listings from their site and sending copy pasted emails (Including replies to reviews who experienced the same as me) to people effected with extremely poor responses that don't cover the issues and they are now trying to cover themselves by saying that it was a pending transaction therefore they could cancel it

Scummy Business Practices and poor support
Ordered a Intel CPU on the 31st December and it was cancelled on the 2nd January for a stated stock issue despite the product still being in stock. My order should have been honoured. Sent an email however i have not recieved a reply. Suspicious company with even worse practices.

Shady business practices
Had a great deal on a 14700k and every 14th gen CPU was on a great sale but 2 days later I get an email telling me it's cancelled and the order has been refunded? This is a joke, don't list something for sale but then cancel it and refund everyone. Never shopping from this site again and am telling everyone I know to stay far away.

Clove technology cancelled order as they don’t have the stock! Stock off a processor they deeply discounted and marked as in stock when purchased.

Canceled order for no reason
Cancelled order due to "item not in stock" but item is still available on their website. I received an email to confirm an order therefore they should have dispatched it.

Dodgy business practices
Dodgy business practices. Cancelled order due to stocking issues (apparently) seems the same processor still listed on their site and in stock. Having had a look around it clearly was a very good price but clearly too good to be true and they can't honour it. Don't waste your time if something is a good deal will just cancel. Still don't get the angle maybe just so they increase traffic to site and hope to still increase sales thereafter. The refund better be swift and painless. Never again.
