Tried to order hydrocortisone cream
Tried to order hydrocortisone cream, thought it would be easier than wasting GP time...boy was I wrong - with the amount of messages, extra information and yes even trying to take pictures of the afflicted areas on my leg - it was deemed far to dangerous to let me have 60g or cream. Sadly this went on for days, if they had been more efficient I would have got the prescription filled by the weekend - lesson learned ! The GP is more efficient and a lot cheaper as it turns out! If the service is not hassle free what is the point?

Hi Adam,
Thank you for sharing your feedback.
We are very sorry for the frustration and delay you experienced when attempting to order hydrocortisone cream.
We apologise that your experience fell short of our standard for fast, hassle-free service. We are required to complete thorough safety checks before issuing prescription medication. However, we recognise that this should not have resulted in such a frustrating delay.
We appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify where our communication needs to be improved.
If you would like us to look into this further, can you please provide your order details to support@cloudpharmacy.zendesk.com
Thank you
