Clockwork Removals and Storage - Sheffield Anmeldelser

We would highly recommend Clockwork Removals, Sheffield.

Our planned move from Sheffield to York on Tuesday 11 April was not as straight forward as it should have been.

Clockwork were truly wonderful in adapting our removal needs. Special thanks to Dave in the office for his understanding nature and advice. Also the wonderful men who loaded and unloaded all our possessions with care.

Reliable, thorough, professional, friendly service - we had pack-up service, remove, storage for 6 months , then deliver back from storage. This is the 3rd time we have used Clockwork and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. They take greater care of our stuff than WE would!!!!!!!!!!

I booked with clockworks with a cancellation insurance as my moving date wasn't confirmed. When the move changed dates, clockworks we're not available on the amended date so I asked for a refund to be able to book with a different company, was told yes, this wasn't an issue. I have now moved to my new house with a different company, and after several calls and emails clockworks have still not refunded me, I am owed above 900£ for a service I didn't get and had insurance against this in case this would happen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

When I was looking for a removals company, Clockwork removals was the only company that offered me an in person survey and quote at a time that suited me. The survey was carried out very professionally by someone who clearly had a lot of experience of judging the amount of space we would need, and the quote arrived very quickly afterwards. The online system for accepting the quote was incredibly efficient and the team in the office were very polite and helpful in arranging a moving date. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Lee and the team who helped us on the day were very friendly and hardworking and they gave us some great advice for dealing with the solicitors in order to get moved that day. David in the office was very efficient and courteous and immediately made me feel at ease despite the stress of the day.

Everything went smoothly at both ends. I had packed my stuff myself in advance. The team doing the lifting and stacking was extremely friendly. At the ‘delivery’ end the guys were very careful using the lift and corridors, etc. I already recommended a colleague and she chose them too.

Was very impressed with service from start to finish.the lads were very professional and nothing was too much trouble.Would highly recommend

Excellent service, from viewing to give an quote, to the removal and return men who worked so well.

Fantastic customer service from a brilliant team! We have moved a few times in recent years but never experienced anything like the professionalism and support during what could easily have been a very stressful time. 10/10!

Very helpful and efficient.
We opted for the full packing service and it was done quickly and safely.
Our possessions are in storage until our house is ready but hopefully will enjoy our next experience too.

Excellent company. The guys were professional, friendly and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was handled with care. I would definitely recommend Clockwork Removals.

We received a recommendation from someone who had used Clockwork. We had confidence after the estimates visit although the quote was not the cheapest. On the days of packing and moving the team were helpful, careful and worked quickly.

The removal men were polite and friendly. They worked hard and all went smoothly. It was good to have the visit beforehand. The secretarial staff were also friendly and helpful when you rang them with questions
It was also good value compared to another quote we had

Arrived early and packed the house onto the lorry very quickly. Polite, friendly and helpful… happy to take my plants from the patio

Amazing service! Very friendly and were happy to work around our needs. Andy and Tony dismantled all our bedroom furniture and reassembled at the other end which saved us so much time (and stress!) on the day. They were very respectful of the furniture and properties and made our moving day that much easier.
Thanks again!

Efficient, polite, punctual. The team from Clockwork made what could have been a stressful move calm and straightforward. We would highly recommend them.

Clockwork were fantastic and made our moving day a real pleasure. Such a great hardworking group of lads who made us laugh all day.
Would definitely recommend.

Excellent, professional service but approachable and personable. They accommodated us last minute too!

Dare I say it? - our removal went like 'clockwork'. The trauma we had anticipated did not happen. The 'removal men' were very professional, friendly and hard working. We would definitely recommend them Thank you Clockwork!

I cannot praise Clockwork Removals enough and I have already recommended the company to 2 people I know who will be moving soon. We had a really bad experience the last time we moved with another company and Clockwork have thankfully shown us what good looks like in terms of excellent customer service and a 5 star professional removal service.
