Clockwork Removals and Storage - Sheffield Anmeldelser

We moved house this week & it was an amazing experience. Didn’t know what to expect with the full packing service but the men turned up on time & had our whole house packed up in a couple of hours! They were great at their job, happy to wait when needed and unloaded everything promptly & into the rooms needed. Would definitely recommend, thank you so much!

Everyone involved in my move was helpful, respectful and showed a great deal of empathy. On arriving at my new property, everything that could go wrong did. The previous owner who should have vacated, still had a house full of furniture to move out. My drivers from Clockwork eventually ran out of hours. Clockwork instantly arranged overnight storage and for re-delivery the next morning. It was for me an extremely stressful experience. Everyone involved from Clockwork had the entire situation under control. I am so grateful for having chosen this company to carry out my removal. Thank you.

Clockwork looked after us very well. It was a slightly complicated house move with 4 journeys and storage. It all went to plan and very smoothly. All the staff involved were friendly and helpful.
Thank you Clockwork

Really amenable office team and on site team. Slight issue that the team set off to the new property before completely emptying the house and confusion around what was and wasn't to be dismantled, but quickly rectified. The leaving the property early might have been that they felt pressure to leave as our buyers turned up and started moving their stuff in (!) but communication around this would have been beneficial. Unloading the other end went really smoothly.

The 2 removal men were amazing!! They never stopped working and were so courteous and polite. I would highly recommend this company.

On time
Friendly and helpful staff
Considerate with our belongings

Clockwork made our removal as smooth as possible on a very stressful day. Two operatives arrived well before the time we were expecting them, had the two vans loaded in double quick time were very polite and worked hard. The experience at the new property was a bit more stressful and did not go as smoothly but this was nothing to do with Clockwork. The guys were very professional and took things in their stride, and put everything where we wanted it. Hopefully we won't be moving again but if we did would definitely choose Clockwork again. Thanks for looking after us and making the day as stressfree as possible.

Very efficient operatives who magicked our possessions away and had them reappear in our new home without our realising it. It proved that we were right to have chosen this firm as being the most professional of the three we asked for a quotation.

very organised friendly and respectful delivery people cannot recommend highly enough

Excellent from Start to Finish. Great support from the office team, who were very calm (I was not). The removal team turned up exactly when they said they would, got stuck in and never stopped. Took great care with my items.

Great service, communication and hard working Removal guys.
Thank you for doing what you do so well.
Can recommend this company.

Fantastic service. They turned up on time, they introduced themselves and made sure I was fully involved in the whole process. They were bright and jolly the whole day, highly efficient, working like a well oiled machine. They were very professional, laying mats down and making sure they were safe and careful. They made a very stressful day run smoothly and even made it enjoyable. I have recommended them to a friend who is due to move. Thanks lads

Everything went smoothly from start to finish. The removal men couldn’t have been more helpful. They made a very stressful day much easier I would highly recommend them

Great guys, seamless move. I was ready to be stressed, but we had a laugh and we’re happily settling in a few hours later.
Highly recommend

We used Clockworks to move into our new home this Christmas. Despite this being such a busy time they were able to fit us in and created a moving plan with enough time that meant we weren’t rushed in our move. The brilliant service started with Jade, who so patiently and kindly answered all our questions and continued with Malcolm who was present every day to provide continuity in service meaning there was clarity in what was packed where and how we would like things to be done. Andy, Tony and Richard also joined him on the other days and all of them were excellent. The entire process was so much less stressful because of their help, and everything was done with so much care so that nothing was scratched or damaged. We would thoroughly recommend their service and are very grateful for all their help. Thank you very much!

We used Clockwork to move us out of our house into rented accommodation, taking some furniture with us and putting the rest of our possessions into Clockwork storage. 18 months later we finally moved into our new flat and did the process in reverse. Throughout the whole process, Clockwork were professional and friendly and understanding of our situation when we struggled to get out builder to commit to a completion date. The removal men were friendly and easy to be around and very helpful in making sure things were where we needed them to be. Would recommend.

The whole process from first contacting Clockwork to actually moving was professional and extremely easy. The 3 removal men Malc,Tom and Andy worked so hard all day and were extremely well mannered, polite and respectful. Their efficiency was outstanding. I would recommend Clockwork to everyone looking to move with a company which reduces the level of stress that moving brings.

The move out was handled very efficiently with a team who all worked really hard until the job was done.
The move in had to be moved to another date due to sellers forgetting to move out. However, it was easy to arrange storage which was reasonably priced and it was one less thing to have to worry about and again the move in was completed very efficiently and everything has made it in one piece. The company were very responsive and accommodating.
I would certainly use Clockwork Removals again, not that I plan on going anywhere for quite a while at least!

Excellent Removals Company! Best Price. Best Service. Prompt, efficient, and flexible. Rob the salesman was knowledgeable, understanding. Dave the office manager was very helpful and flexible when discussing our needs. And Dave and Martin - "the guys with the muscle" - were friendly, attentive and careful with our belongings. The admin team in the office were excellent in their communication, and our move from Leeds to Scotland went just like Clockwork! Would thoroughly recommend!

We had a great deal of stuff, and although we'd sorted much of it out beforehand, we were very grateful for all the help and support given over the three days of the move. The packing was careful, items properly wrapped when necessary, and the men cooperated well with each other so that there wasn't any wasted time! Extra men arrived to help with the tricky moving/loading of the piano down the very steep front steps, all accomplished with enough heavy breathing to get the job done without fuss! Phew! The time-keeping was excellent over the three days of the removal, and we were very pleased with how well it had gone. Thank you!
