Great quality of the garmet, perfecto designed

I had an overall great experience with the order process, the customer service and the product. Everyone form beginning to end was very helpful!

I recently ordered a single playing shirt and I am satisfied. The order process from initial enquiry to design confirmation was easy with the Studio team responsive and helpful to all enquiries. There was a significant issue with shipping, however this was caused by Royal Mail. Clifton offered me a replacement shirt free of charge and resolved the shipping issue with Royal Mail directly. The replacement shirt arrived on-time with all graphics/designs being excellent representations of the concept provided in the design phase. The product quality is also very good, and fits perfectly. Would highly recommend.

Great quality shirts made for my rugby club, the design and feel is amazing and the process was handled excellently by Clifton.

The team at Clifton responded very quickly and efficiently to emails back and forth. They are very accommodating in terms of design and general updates. Overall, we were very satisfied with the product order. One small thing we noted was a small hole in one of the jacket pockets. Other than that, all of the jackets arrived timely and in good quality.

Our third order from Clifton, this time Polos, Hoodie, and Rugby Jerseys.
We used their online shop to simplify payment and delivery to the many different addresses of our members. The system worked very well. They are Hong Kong based, and our UK Bank required order confirmation, as their Clifton Concepts account is not UK based, however our members reported no problems. The quality of the clothing is first class and the online service is excellent. Happy to recommend Clifton Clothing.

Customer service was excellent. Helpful throughout the process, answered any and all questions, and made the process seamless with consistent updates.

Unfortunately the shirts weren’t quite to the quality I expected for the price. A “soft poly/cotton blend” was a stiff, rough, starchy feel.

This was my first time using Clifton and I have to say they did an amazing job with my order. The people I dealt with were patient and friendly and the product was very high quality and came out looking much better than I was expecting. I would definitely order from them again.

1st attempt - legs too loose and strap length too short. Clifton size chart had y strap length dependent on leg length making it difficult to specify correctly. Manager Jimmy initially refused to do anything but finally agreed to remake the shorts when pressed.
2nd attempt - sizes all correct but insert pad placed too fa back so that seams coincided with sit bone position. Very uncomfortable. Jimmy's unhelpful response:"Unfortunately the shorts were made using your bespoke sizing and the seat pad was attached in the location determined by the size ratio of the body which have been tried and tested throughout the years we have made this garment. As the specific location of the seat pad was not requested to be included into the order pack the standard location was used and therefore the same has been delivered." Tantamount to suggesting my rear was in the wrong postion!!

From the very start of my order a compatant and efficient service and a jersey to be proud of that will end up on display at the junior club i finally retired my Rugby playing days.
