First off, If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. This is 100% a scam leasing company that disguises itself as a normal loan company. And first I would like to say I am literally mentally scarred for life after everything I have been through with this company. I have lost so much sleep and time worrying about ClickLease and everything they have done to me and my family. This is going to be a long review, but I have to get my story out there. I will try my best to make this as short as possible. Okay, so first off, from the very beginning before getting into all of this mess, I was told by both Used Vending and ClickLease that I was just getting a traditional loan and that I will rent to own the equipment. I was never informed that what I was signing was a lease at all nor was I told about the purchase option at the end of my payments. You truly must read the fine print because this company WILL lie to you. Long story short, I got a loan from this company so I could buy a concession trailer for my dad. He became disabled a year ago and thus no one would hire him. Well, my parents had told me they were about to lose their house and become homeless because they started getting behind on bills, So, I put my everything going on in my life on hold and moved back in with my them to help pay bills and keep the home afloat. I am 24 years old and I am my mom and dad's son. Well, me and my dad came up with an idea on how he could make a bit of money to help with bills as well. It has always been my dads dream to run a food truck, and so I began searching online for one. Well, I eventually stumbled upon a website called used vending. This company is also 100% a scam. I believe that any company that works with ClickLease is 100% up to no good and are setting you up to get scammed and ruin your life. Long story short, Used Vending sent me to ClickLease to get the equipment. When me and my family went to go get the equipment, we noticed a BUNCH of cooking equipment was missing that was supposed to go with it, we were told by clicklease and the seller that everything would get mailed to me because the seller just forgot to stock it before we showed up (In reality the seller took them out of it before we got there), Well, we never received anything in the mail... And when we got back home after picking up the equipment, we tested it out and noticed that nothing worked like it said it did in the description for the equipment. When we told Clicklease about this, they said it was too late and that it was our fault for not testing everything before taking it home which I will admit, we should have. It was our fault there, but we were desperate. They took advantage of that. The sinks didn't work, the water heater didn't work, the door was broken, and many other things were broken and not working. Lord, we have been scammed and lied to by used vending, clicklease, and the seller. As for ClickLease, so far ClickLease has refused to pull payments for the lease multiple times despite proof our money was in the bank long before it was due. They neglect pulling payments in order to say that you were late and then charge you more in late fees, so your monthly bill is higher. They have done this to us multiple times. They even said it was 100% their fault that payments didn't go through and that their "System" keeps messing up, but we know better. They have told us that we would get paid back from the system problems, but we are yet to receive all the extra money we have given them. I have been dealing with these people for almost a year now. I really need help, I am young and inexperienced. All I ever wanted to do was save my parents from becoming homeless. If anyone sees this, please pray for me. Hello everyone, I am speaking on behalf of my friend's experience with these people. I do not recommend doing business with these people they have and will pull the rug underneath your feet and put you in debt. They have done malicious things for what I have heard that happened to my friend. I suggest everyone be cautious and vigilant with any offer and deals that they might try to make with you.

My nightmare began when I met a so-called expert on Facebook Dating discussing yield farming. Panic completely took over. They fronted me 0.67 SOL to start. I deposited it, traded, and pulled out 1.04 SOL without a hitch. Hooked by the easy money, I was manipulated into investing $467,825 using a personal loan. The fake profits ballooned to $3,701,142. When I tried to cash out $2,798,009, the trap sprang: a mandatory 11% liquidity release fee ($307,780). Blinded by the sunk cost, I paid it. But when they asked for an additional 29% international release fee, the horrifying reality set in. I was being scammed. A financial advisor recommended a cybersecurity task force (fiscop advisor). They meticulously traced the SOL ledger to Coinbase, isolated the scammer's fiat off-ramp, and managed to reverse the transaction.

Horrible company and conartist to boot. They charge you 4 times what equipment is worth. I bought a dump trailer from silverline trailers and after my $2000 down the total was $10,100 that includes the sales tax. I get the paper work stating i owe $34,000 and when i offered to pay the $10,100 right than and there to pay off the trailer this scam of a company said they can't do that that in order to pay it off id have to pay over $18,000.......so they want $8000 more than the trailer cost new to pay it off. Don't buy from silverline trailers as they push this company on you and definitely do not use this place. I will be having them come get the trailer as i bought a big tex 16k trailer for $6000 less than what they want for this cheaply made ED trailer

Probably the worst service out there. They will approve you 100% but mind you if you are approved for $25,000 and you use that money you’ll have a payment of $1,396 for 36months making the $25,000 item a $50,256 item. Talk about doubling your money.

I have been getting charged $759 a month and I don’t even have an account with them. I tried to resolve it and I even placed to stop payment. Can you guess what they did? That’s right, they changed the last three letters of their name to continue pulling the money. So now I’m in a dispute and I reviewed on the BBB and warned my bank. I’m hoping they refund my money but based on all of the other negative feedback I see I’m guessing they won’t. I don’t know if they entered the wrong account number or what happened but they seem really shady.

I’m sharing this to help ensure no other current or future Clicklease customers are caught off guard. I take some responsibility, I should have read the agreement more carefully. My business partner and I were told by the agent that once we made our final payment, we would own the equipment outright. That turned out not to be the case. After completing the last “official” payment, you’re required to make three additional payments in order to take ownership. If you choose not to make those final three payments, you must pay to ship the equipment back. My concern is that they’re fully aware most customers won’t want to pay the high cost of returning equipment, and they benefit financially from that situation. Again, I should have read the fine print instead of relying solely on what the agent told us during the signing process. Overall, my experience wasn’t terrible, but I still don’t want others to be blindsided. Always read the fine print, and don’t rely solely on the agent’s explanation.

I purchased a 35 foot gooseneck as of February 16 my tags expired. It is March 3 and I still do not have them. I have lost about $21,000 in revenue because of this I don’t understand why you would not mail this stuff out two or three weeks earlier horrible place to work with

Had automatic payments monthly They stopped and failed to contact me reposed the trailer and will sell it for pennies and screw me over . Stay away from this company…..

Financed a 13,000 dollar trailer through them and was told that if I paid it off in 18 months it would be same as cash. After 10 months of on time payments, I offered to pay the remaining balance and was told I still owe "14,000"!! And whatever they were telling me, there was no way to pay it off in full even though I had already paid 11,000 on the trailer. I doDO NOT recommend using this company at all!

Worst place ever !! Payed them off and they kept pulling from my account this is right before Christmas I have yet to get my refund and it’s been weeks if this doesn’t resolved soon I’ll take legal action I would stay far away from this place rude people worst customer service I honestly wanted to drive there an start beating people up lol

Terrible company

They want me to over pay for a trailer so they can they refund me the over payment

Took lease out in march
Requested payoff middle to end of April thru email

They sent me total invoice with address
My accountant sent check and 55 days later I received letter from reknown cargo
Saying invoice already was paid please contact lease company
I proceeded to correspond with click lease and discovered that they had sent me wrong information and I asked them to credit the 2 Addis payments that were drafted from my account and I will remit the difference.

They told me no and they wanted me to pay the whole lease 150 day payoff and they would refund the 2 additional payments that were paid.

Here are the facts about dealing these folks. Bait And Switch, and total non disclosure of all the facts. Will not provide any information what so ever when asked.

Something is not adding up here. Settle it for 1200.00 right now, or 48.00 per month for 18 months. So, what is the catch with this. When I get cash on hand in the spring and I try to pay it off I am going to be told it will be more than the 864.00 minus the handful of 48.00-dollar payments. This just does not add up.

Your Lease is 194 Days past due for a amount of $ 1790.72 and Monthly pymts were at $173.01

The last valid pymt made was $50 from the account # 2013 dated 04/05/25.

We could consider a Settlement on the Lease at $1,200 and split that into $200 payments for 6 months?

Or we could Extend the lease and say pay $48 a month for 18 more months to get the lease closed out ? $48.00x18 months=$864.00

We can do this all through Email just let me know if any of that would work and then let me know what checking acct it can be set through and what date to post the payments and That you "AGREE" to the changes and I will set it up on my end and email you the agreements and payment schedule reoccurring.

Absolutely refuse to do anything in writing. All they want is access to your accounts to draw out money.
This should be against the law.

Call to make a payment, there rep wanted me to pay earlier then i said and she asked why not and I replied "My personal business is none of your damn business." Since then they call playing on the phone. They stopped taking my payments in 2022 and want to act like everything is good

Explored the lease of equipment from Clicklease and when I found out what the payment really was! I cancelled the deal and paid cash for my equipment, Clicklease was financing 5k and they were charging over 15K for the payoff that is not a good deal, so I paid cash. I notified Clicklease on October 2, 2025, the day after seeing the final numbers that I was opting out of the deal in accordance with consumer protection laws. Well, today November 4, 2025, Clicklease charged my bank account over $400.00, don't do business with thieves! Read all about them!

If I could give a negative 5 star review I would. After 3 years of payments at roughly 300% interest over the course of the 3 years, I offered to pay off my account early as I need it closed and after reviewing my account had only 3 payments left online, they told me I had 3 more payments after that. I could turn in my equipment at 33 months... or I could continue to pay. But they offered me a 5% discount to pay if off. Crooked, scammers, and I would never, ever, ever, ever recommend anyone do this ever. Turn around, do not enter, and find another company. Period.

Do not use this company for equipment purchases. I purchased $10k machine and in 36 months I will be paying them $23,600! Don't do any business with them. Even the one star review is too good for them.

Be very careful before signing anything with Clicklease.
I was told this was a normal financing agreement, but later discovered it’s actually a non-cancelable equipment lease. That means you never truly own what you’re paying for until every single payment is made, and there’s no early payoff discount — even if you try to pay it off early, the total stays the same.

I run a legitimate remodeling business and thought I was getting a simple loan. It turned out to be a rental that costs way more than expected.

Please take time to read every line of your contract and ask questions before signing. This experience taught me to only work with real banks or credit unions that offer true purchase financing, not lease traps.

Clicklease is a sorry excuse for a company. They promise great things and have zero commitments. This company is not worht the time. there are legitimate leasing companies out there that will help make a success for small businesses and this is not one of them
