Excellent, professional service
Brought forward a routine service by a month, as boiler failed. Very helpful customer service on the phone and willing to come early in the morning. Service engineers arrived on time, were courteous and knowledgeable. Fault was fixed promptly and service carried out. Exemplary customer service.

This is the second time I have used…
This is the second time I have used this company and will not hesitate to use them in the future. The first time I called them out for a boiler fault,which was found and dealt with very quickly and reasonably priced . The second time was for a boiler service. The price quoted was what I was charged.

Thank-you for doing a great job changing the water tank and installing a new water softener. It was difficult to get the new water tank into the loft, but it was done.

The engineer turned up on time. Cleared the problem very efficiently and showed us how to ensure we didn't have the problem in the future.

It was difficult to find someone who could diagnose problems with my solar panel water heating system. Clearwater came out when they said they would, sorted it, and also explained in simple words what the problem was. Recommended.

Cost me £80 for them to say they…
Cost me £80 for them to say they couldn't do the job. Suggested perhaps somebody small maybe able to get into the space. What has that got to do with size? I thought it is the skill that would do the job

We identified where the leak was coming from and after numerous telephone calls discussing the extent of the work needed to replace the taps and the costs you decided not to go ahead.
Your partner also explained to the engineer the bathroom was going to be renovated in the near future.
We have to charge for our time I’m afraid.
