This staff you hired is the wrong staff for me due too she has a problem with if when I need too go too a store to buy food or snacks too due it once a week now I rarely stop in the store unless I get money on my EBT card or if I have my funds on me that's not right now complain over an on complaining on driving too come in when the weather is bad an wanting to due half day due to hrs but in our meeting you an me an the other people who attended knew that's the hrs that you an bianca gave her I thought in the beginning she was the right staff but on her second day she complained about stuff now I didn't want too go too the dollar tree too shop but she went a bought stuff I just was taking to a mall a McDonald's by my house an near the mall same shopping center we stopped at Ashleys too furniture shop the only other stuff she did was cvs pharmacy for my medicine an my laundry at the laundromat on Tampa an Vanowen now I'm not understanding how come all staff come up with excuses not too take me where I need too go I rarely due stuff but Drs appt plus I don't like people telling me where too sit inside my house or outside in the community of where too walk that is totally wrong this women came sat in my house without asking me if I was fine with it. I hate the way SlS treats me outta Aj's co. So I'm going to request to switch to I L S again this way thy don't complain on taking me places I'll meet them there. I was taken too a move wasted $30.00 an never watched it cus my worker made me leave due too other stuff so im never going too a movie with him again he's a boarding person
Better Life packaging and shipping needs to be better
Almost all of Better Life products are great especially the All Purpose Cleaner. Packaging for shipping is abysmal. On a plastic 32 ounce bottle with a spray pump, the screwed in pump loosened during shipping. They know it would leak because each liquid product was double bagged in plastic. This has happened on each order, I love the products, but will never order again online. Today's shipment was the last straw. Almost half the 32 oz bottle was empty. This time it didn't spill during shipping. The bottle was half empty when they put it in the box. Doesn't someone check? Apparently not. I've tried to tell them fasten caps on tightly with packing tape so caps don't loosen. Spilled liquid during shipping even in a plastic bag isn't good. Neither is a half empty bottle.

Pathetic and very poor service from Emax and Betterlife team!!! I want to give ZERO star to both teams.
I had purchased Gorenje washing machine on 14th April 2023. On the 1st day machine stopped at 19 mins. I had reported this issue to Emax team and I had asked for replacement since the issue reported within 7 days but they sent technicians twice for this issue. Both Technician reported that machine is working fine after checking for 2 mins. When I had discussion with supervisor, he said if machine stopped again then he will give me replacement based on his confirmation I used the machine again. But last week same issue happened. Again machine stopped at 19 mins( this is 2nd Time Machine stopped at 19 mins within 2 months of time) again issue was raised and again same technician came for 3rd time and he checked for 2 mins. Just machine switched on and off. And left. I am not getting proper responses from from both teams as if they are least bother about their customers. They don’t want to give replacement as they came to know that there is defect in this machine. I have been trying to reach Al Wahda branch but not getting call back request from supervisor.
Lack of Transparency
The company fails to maintain consistent communication with customers when there's something amiss with an order. If an order needs to be replaced but the company doesn't have the correct stock to send to the customer, this information isn't passed along to the customer unless the customer reaches out first to inquire about the status of their order (the original or the replacement). Furthermore, the company has also changed the formula for their products, now using controversial ingredients such as benzisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone. This changed occurred without any prior notice being given to customers, which interfered with them making an informed decision about whether or not they'd continue to purchase products from this brand. The formula change has also affected the effectiveness of their products, for the worst.
The products are great, getting them is a challenge
The products are great. I buy the Scent Free hand and body soap because it is the only hand and body soap I have found so far that doesn't give me an allergic reaction. I really depend on it for hand washing and showers, but it is often out of stock and the price has doubled since I first started buying it.
It's pretty common for packages to arrive leaking or missing pieces or for an order to just be cancelled and refunded without notifying me because they ran out of stock immediately after my order went through.
After waiting and refreshing the site for weeks I finally gave up today on ordering another 1 gallon refill and settled for the small dispensers despite the higher cost because I am almost out and I can't just stop showering.
If, I could used any other product from another company I would, I only continue to buy this product because I have nothing else that works.
Better Life earned me as a repeat customer
Better Life is a great company that I recommend without reservation to others. My only constructive feedback is that when I click on Add to Cart from the shopping page, I expect the item to be added to my cart rather than take me to another page to make size and fragrance choices before I actually get to add the product to my cart. I like that feature of being able to choose on that page, but I think the first Add to Cart button should say something like "Choose Size/Fragrance." Also, your products are so good that when you announce a sale, it seems like things sell out quickly. I wish the gallon refill sizes were more readily available for those of us trying to limit buying plastics.

I would like to order a gallon for $30…
I would like to order a gallon for $30 or less with specials. I don’t appreciate the big company like this being out of dish soap in large sizes 🤨🤔and to me $9 dollars for the small size is just too much. So that’s why I’m not giving you five stars. I would give you five stars if I could always get the small sizes for five dollars or always be able to get a gallon size for special.
Unreliable and used products
I bought what was supposed to be a brand new Siemens dishwasher but what arrived was used, dirty and full of water droplets. Delivery team refused to take it back, telling me it is brand new. Called customer service who didn’t care to assist.

I placed my initial order on 12/11. After a week with not receiving a shipping confirmation, I followed up and was told that there was an error in fulfilling my order and they would expedite a new one. I just reached out and was told it was now out of stock. This is nearly 2 weeks since I originally placed my order. I only received communication when I reached out and there has been no offer to send a smaller sized as a replacement as I wait for the refill size to ship in January. I also think it is crazy that to be added to the waitlist you would have to keep my funds as how do I know it will actually ship in January. I love your products but will likely wait to order through Amazon as this is too much of a hassle.

My experience with Better Life products has been excellent overall. I've always been sensitive to chemicals & have used "natural" ingredient cleaners and products for many years. I now trust Better Life to provide products that work without the high price tag or fragrance!
