Paid for a van from Friday til Monday, cash in hand (tax avoidance perhaps) van was locked outside my house after just putting diesel in at 10am, went to go back out to the van at 11.15 and it was gone. Now theres only 2 keys for this van, the one i got while hiring the van which i still have and the spare set the company keeps. Vans are start/stop button starts so key fob needs to be in van to start it (bearing in mind i am still in possession of the one i got at hire) Phoned the company and got told we were "at it" and to phone the police. Neighbours have seen a man being dropped off and driving the van away and currently obtaining neighbours cctv from driveway as i am taking this matter to the police.

Charlie was very easy to deal with and handled everything efficiently over the phone such that the van was waiting for me when I arrived. He was there too when I returned it and the handover was both prompt and effortless.
