Thanks for the feedback. We are disappointed you chose to leave this review before giving us chance to look into this. We also reached out via email as soon as we re-opened and left you a voicemail - which we didn't receive a response to.
When the sales team were processing the order, they did call you to explain how the delivery would work and the information is also on the website.
The delivery company confirmed they attempted delivery, but you weren't happy to offload from where the driver managed to get parked and expected him to have a moffat. This was explained when the sales team called you to organise delivery.
Once we came back into the office and spoke to the couriers, they confirmed they had organised with you to re-deliver the following day free of charge.
They have helped us tremendously

we were informed that our delivery would be on a certain day so had someone at the establishment to receive order
the trimmings arrived but alas no panels
after enquiring we were told they would look into it to find the panels
2 days later on approaching the unmanned premises the three panels were seen propped up against the wall at front of the building
we had no way of knowing how long they had been there

Thanks for the feedback.
Our customer placed an order and when they chased the missing items, we advised what the situation was and that a replacement order had been dispatched. My colleague spoke to our customer once the goods had been delivered and we emailed the proof of this over immediately after that phone call.
At this point we were advised that no-one was available at the delivery address, despite the proof of delivery having a name on it.
If our customer hasn't updated you with this info, I can only apologise but we can only update the person who placed the order with any information.
Over 98% of our orders arrive on the day specified on the paperwork, but there is the odd occasion where delays can happen for reasons beyond everyone's control.

Ordered via email (Kellie) with quick response and directed to world pay. Once paid emailed address and off I popped to pick up the cladding, which I must say is really good quality and will follow the curves of the van wall.
Cocked up one of the scribes and within A couple of hours my order was picked up again.
Measure twice cut once!!
Definitely use cladding monkey again if need arises

Very happy with both the product and the customer service. The cladding panels are a beautiful colour and look fantastic once installed. Excellent Customer Service & Product

My issue they sorted 10/10
I ordered kit to sheet out a bathroom, their prices are keen, the delivery prompt. It's a great product and I say this having experience with other brands and companies, simple to install, a competent DIYer would be able to fit it.
I had an issue with silicone,( caused at my end), and the team were so helpful and had it resolved in no time, it's good to see a modern company model with old fashioned customer care values. I cant thank the team or sing their praises enough. The end result was they had a happy customer, I had a happy customer, everyone a winner.
Any further bathroom or kitchen projects I get Cladding Monkey will be my first choice, as will be my recommendations to others, well done Cladding Monkey 10/10.

Terrible delivery service
Terrible delivery service, when you pay £90 for delivery you shouldn’t have to be responsible to unload the lorry… organise two people to deliver or have a pallet truck! Do better cladding monkey

We are disappointed to see this 1 star review, from a repeat customer.
All delivery info is on the website for customers to read and agree too prior to commitment, and we also call customers to explain how pallet deliveries work, and to organise a delivery date.
My colleague called you and explained this service again where you agreed the delivery date. You left this review, before this order was even delivered which we feel is very unfair, as you had opportunities to address your issues prior to this.
We have to use 3rd party couriers who don't have tail lifts or Moffatt's, so the delivery service has always been curb side.
You paid for the standard 2-3 working day service, and on both occasions we shipped it our on a next day service, as a gesture of goodwill.
Fantastic service and products
We ordered some items to clad our utility, there was a slight error which was rectified next day.
Overall great products, great comms and customer service.

Super, seamless customer service!
We placed an order for hygienic cladding for one of our sites and I have to say that every step of the way the customer service was outstanding. As soon as the order was confirmed the team were proactive, efficient and very helpful at every stage. They were in constant contact with the site ensuring that everything went to plan. A special mention must definitely go to Kellie who really went that extra mile to ensure that our delivery was absolutely seamless. She was so helpful. Could not recommend highly enough. So rare to find such helpful proactive customer service. Fantastic!
