My experience with Carl Hosein was very disappointing. I would not recommend their services. Communication was unclear, promises were not fulfilled properly, and the overall process caused unnecessary stress and problems for me. People should be very careful before dealing with them.

They advertise many services, including business startup programs, Provincial Nominee Programs, high-skilled work visas with permanent residency pathways, refugee cases, RCIP, and other immigration services.

I was in contact with them through the email , They list their office as 658 Danforth Ave, Suite 207, Toronto, Ontario, Canada M4K 1R2. They also have company information published online and job postings on Indeed.

What confused me the most was that they operate through multiple websites and domains, including citrn.ca and citrnimmigration.ca, while using the same contact email on both websites. In my experience, this created confusion and made the process more complicated when disputes happened.

I had a very bad experience with this company. Before signing any agreement, I strongly recommend checking and matching all company details, services, and contract terms carefully. In my case, the agreement was heavily in favor of CITRN, and after disputes occurred, it became very difficult to challenge anything due to the technical wording of the contract.

This is only my personal experience, and I advise others to do complete research and legal review before making payments or signing documents.

They posted a plumber job with a $33/hour salary, but when I contacted them, they asked for CAD 40,000 just for the application process. Seriously, Carl? Is this a joke?

Even worse, their agreement included an “initial file review payment” of CAD 10,000. They take a huge amount of money upfront, and once you sign, you feel completely trapped because the agreement is written mostly in favor of their company, not the client.

Later, instead of providing proper assistance or solutions, Carl and Amit suddenly stated that they could no longer continue my case because, according to them, I was “taking too much time.” This was shocking because most delays were due to repeated document requests, changing instructions, and lack of clear communication from their side.

When I requested a refund for the services that were not completed, they refused to handle the matter fairly. Instead of resolving my concerns professionally, they sent me a huge list claiming “hundreds of hours of work” had been completed on my case. In reality, the actual progress and support provided did not reflect the amount of work they claimed. It felt like this list was only being used as an excuse to avoid refunding my payment.

After this, communication was almost completely closed. Carl stopped responding properly, and it became very difficult to receive any meaningful support or explanation. As a client, I felt ignored, misled, and abandoned after trusting them with my case and finances.
