The Cisdem Video Converter has performed reliably for the past year but the computer it was originally installed on had crashed & I contacted support for help with the license transfer to the new comp. The CISDEM support team is great to work with. If there is any kind of minor blip in using the product, shoot them an e-mail, describe the issue and they promptly and politely get right back to you and help you resolve the issue. Their product is great! Their customer service after purchase is not matched by any other software company I have ever used. Highly recommended!!!

Unusual one this....but very happy. Not happy about an automatic renewal, which I didn't authorise/wasn't made aware of. Emailed support and within half a day they'd politely replied to say that they'd canceled the autorenewal and had refunded my paypal account. I check out my account an lo and behold teh full refund was there. Clearly a very professional organisation who genuinely look after their customers.

This was the most hassle-free experience.
Needed to activate my lifetime license after a getting a new iMac... i just has to send a quick note to "support" and they responded soo FAST!

scam seite obwohl es bestimmte Websiten Inhalte nicht anzeigen soll werden diese wie gehabt angezeigt. Jetz kommt der komplette Hammer dieses Tool verweigert mir den Zugriff als Admin auf Systemeinstellungen und verwenden anderer Admin Rechte. Werde wohl den Computer auf Werkseinstellung Rücksetzen müssen danke für nichts und anderen Vorsicht bevor sofas auch passiert.
