Really great experience with the customer service at Circle Fashion. I ordered online and everything went very smoothly. The team was quick to reply, friendly, and very helpful when I had a question about my order. You can tell they really care about their customers, which is something I always appreciate when ordering from a luxury store. The delivery was fast and the whole process felt easy and professional. Definitely happy with the service and would order from them again.

I don’t know why there are so many bad reviews. I had a great experience with circle fashion. The jacket arrived promptly and well packaged and is brand new no issues whatsoever. Thank you to a Alisha and Chloe in the circle fashion customer service team for their help.

Absolutely horrendous service….
Ordered a jacket for a Christmas present.
Circle fashion use DPD Local knowing full well there’s a issue with
Surprise, surprise the jacket was missing when I arrived home even tho the email stated it could not be left.
11 weeks on, multiple emails and phones calls circle still claim we’re still waiting to hear from DPD, so no jacket and no refund.
I didn’t purchase the jacket from DPD, I purchased it from you circle!!
Avoid at all costs!

Well before I ordered from circle fashion I read the poor reviews, I can honestly say that my experience is nothing like i have read .
I ordered a Stone island jumper in XL which has been my size on other items I have from this brand .
The parcel arrived within 72 hours , I ordered on Sunday, tried it on , too big , took it to my local post office the same day and returned it .
The following day it had been delivered and I had had confirmation that the credit had been instructed back to my card .
Ordered a large and it is on its way .
If I have a minor criticism and it is minor , I paid for the return , but no big deal .
Would recommend this company

I Got a Stone Island jacket from circle fashion and im very happy with the product and got a great deal. Delivery was speedy 48hrs. Will defo shop with these guys again

Found the Belstaff Jacket i was after at a great price at Circle Fashion. Had never ordered from here before but placing an order online was a simple process and delivery was within a couple of days. Was kept upto date throughout the delivery process and will definitely be ordering from here again!

I have never received my parcel and despite following process as described on their website and despite being incorrectly quoted by Max I am still no further forwards. I feel I am being ignored! Horrific customer service. Do not use.

just purchased vivienne weswood krall shirt on friday after 10pm arrived monday, swiftest delivery,the shirt a size 52 fits perfectly and the material is beautiful soft and silky. simply stunning the size 54 wouldof been way too big so lucky only showing size 52 in stock.

I had a very disappointing experience with this company. My order was held for almost a month, and during that time I was repeatedly told that DPD had spoken with me and that I had confirmed delivery—which never happened.
Because I didn’t have the jacket I paid for, I had to spend extra money on taxis during cold weather. The situation caused unnecessary stress and delays, and the communication from the company was poor throughout.
Although I eventually received a refund, I feel compensation for the inconvenience and extra costs is justified. If this matter is not addressed, I will be taking it further, as I strongly believe I am entitled to compensation.

Why are Circle fashion promoting Tom Ford fragrance with the words F---ing fabulous? why do you need to sell this item.

10/10 absolutely brilliant,used site a few times and excellent service especially the last time where I had a slight issue with my order & the staff were superb & my item was exchanged and return postage refunded.thank you.

I ordered some boots they arrived the next day via DPD. Unfortunately, they are the wrong size and they don’t have a smaller size in stock so I will be returning them. However, overall, the prices set are of really good value, and the customer service in terms of swift delivery is excellent. I wish they were the right size and I do like to support businesses who deliver excellent customer service. Thank you.

THEY REPLYED TO MY EMAIL AND TOLD ME THAT THEY HAVE REFUNDED MY MONEY AND IT WILL APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT IN 2 TO 5 BUSINESS DAYS.
I AM WAITING TO GET THE MONEY AND I WILL COME BACK TO UPDATE THE SITUATION.

Ordered a hoodie when it arrived material was too thin so I sent straight back for refund.
Was e mailed then to say there were marks on rear of hoodie, never even tried it on put straight back in bag.

Circle fashion provides very prompt service. I recently bought a jacket which they dispatched within a couple of hours.

The jacket was perfect, just not the fit so I returned it and could see from when they received it, provided an immediate refund and advised me straight away.
