I like if buying from professional dealer (not private seller) that the money is held in escrow for 14 days (ok watch arrival) so you can check it is as described. In any case, always buy the seller l... Se mere

Very minimal help (zero) from C24 when needed. Their mail box is a black hole. No thanks for no help. Very risky if you've purchased a fake watch and need C24's involvement
On 7/26: in response to C24's reply - this is the first reply from C24 only because they attempt to defend for themselves. The rest of the questions and requests that were sent into the platform were never addressed.
I do, however communicate with Tait, C24's Asia employee, via WhatsApp. He is very helpful. Only concern is that, like I have said, during serious incidents, fake watch received, lost shipments, etc, do WhatsApp messages count officially? Or am I going have to be counting on the blackhole of C24's platform?

Besvarelse fra Chrono24
Dear Chrono24 User,
Thank you for your message.
We apologize for any inconvenience.
Your satisfaction is very important to us, and we'd like to answer your request as quickly as possible.
Since our platform is constantly growing, we are receiving an ever-increasing number of messages. It is for this reason that our response may be delayed.
We have reviewed your case and can see that there was absolutely no issue neither with the dealer nor with the watch. You have already left a positive rating on the dealer's page after completing your transaction meaning that you weren't sold a fake item. We do not tolerate those acusations and we assist every customer with their claims. If you have indeed received a fake item we kindly ask you to provide evidence so we can proceed with your claim.
You can also reach us by telephone, Monday to Friday between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. CET.
We hope that you understand, and we look forward to your next visit to Chrono24.
Thank you in advance.
Kind regards,
your Chrono24 Team
