Lakshmi (sorry if i spelt it wrong) was absolutely amazing, well informed on the menu as well as being super friendly and sweet! she also informed us about the app and just had generally amazing service! food was good, hot and freshly prepared in front of us, as well as being speedy genuinely just great staff and overall great experience (plus the other staff were great too unfortunately i didn't get there names, also is a very clean establishment 10/10)

Hopwood Park Services - new to Chopstix and so pleased we gave it a go! Shasanti served us and was so helpful, (and charming to boot!), talking us through the various options and ensuring we had everything we wanted. Super fast food, tasty and filling and fun!

Horrible experience multiple times, portions are smaller and smaller and they take advantage of people who order via Uber eats by providing almost inedible ‘’food’’.
My last order the apple rolls were burnt to black and smelled horrible, the chicken pieces had bits of bones in it that almost broke my tooth.

Honestly if you’d have asked me 2 years ago I’d have said chopstix is the best of the best fast food. How, probably one of the laziest and most horrible fast food restaurants to go to. Avoid at all costs and definitely do not order via Uber eats.

Gretna services , Scotland M74 , served by Pam , loved the food , amazing choice and quality and quantity, not to be expected at a motorway service station ! Five stars , absolutely recommended, fussy kids enjoyed it too !

Chopstix in Peterborough town is great! People working in there is the main reason I go to get food there. Great customer service/lovely food/quick and easy to order. 5/5 recommend!

According to me staff and service is redicuols. Even I’m not giving one star it should be zero. I ordered food yesterday it was very bad experience of life. After order they said food will be delivered in hour , I had emailed to track my order and when I was tracking my order they keep extending time I tried to contact them and they keep saying it’s on the way. Then I tried to contact them online and they keep saying for receipt reference number and I send them more than ten time. After three and half hour they said we are close and no driver available to deliver food. In future Im never going to be ordered anything. 👎

1st ever delving into Chopstixserved up at Cobham Services by Linda and Si. We had the large drink and spring rolls with sweet and sour chicken with oodles of noodles great 6* absolutely fabulous 👌

Always love Chopstix - I mean who can’t resist the amazing taste of caramel drizzle chicken. Great with 20% off for Blue Light holders as well. 🥢

I just want to say what a excellent service i received from a smiling gentleman called (SUNNY) the food was amazing the bar was clean an all food was available i wanted teriyaki beef but was only abit left he kindly said if u wait 5mins as he was cooking a fresh one on the wok an i said brilliant fresh is better so there for i give him a 100% 5 star on kindness welcoming an a really happy customer.

I eat here a lot but I recently have gotten food poisoning from eating here. I didn’t even eat the full meal as half the chicken was all fat and gunk and skin. Proper disgusting will never be back

I came into the Basingstoke festival place store today 2.8.24 around 15.30, And I was given exceptional service by a young lady and her collegue which I assume is the chef..
Both absolutely wonderful with the service thank you very much
