it was really good lisa was great gave lots of food enjoyed it!!

Used to be excellent, absolutely loved chopstix.

Then they progressively removed every toping I liked, the last straw being swapping the excellent OG Chinese curry for the bland tasteless katsu curry with its horrid battered goujons.

Will be deleting the chopstix app now as it's awful

Ordered through just eat, at Hanley branch, money taken and never received my order, no contact from the restaurant. Had to complain through just eat, obviously now got to wait for this to be investigated before I will be able to get my money back. No contact number to contact the restaurant. I am a nurse and had one day off for my daughters birthday today, thought we’d try there before going out to a spa, when order said 10 minutes away, order status changed and said at 4pm it had been delivered at 4:15, which would be in the future!!!! Ordered this at 15:06, still not received now at 16:54. Disgusting, first time I have used them and will definitely be the last. Will be telling everyone I know never to order from here in the future and will be putting reviews everywhere

Tasted like microwave food from catering bags just poured into hot plates. Egg fired rice is not supposed to crunch in your mouth and didn't have egg in it. clearly over boiled salted chicken covered in a sweet and sour sauce. And to expensive for a very small portion size box. Left a horrible taste in your mouth . I can get a better position size at my local Chinese restaurant .

Travel from Halifax to heartshead moor regularly just for the noodles.This is the first food review I have ever left.Tonight 2 young lads were working there.Obviously didn’t want to work as they had enough noodles for 6 people if they gave a very small amount each . 3 people infront of me.I ordered 2 of the large 3 topping boxes.Usually the noodles are fresh and nice.Well they were hard and dry.He gave me ones that were dries up around the edges.He put a small amount in each box followed by 9 pieces of chicken and 2 were that small they didnt even count as 1.Noodles were inedible.Chicken was nice as usual but not a lot of it .On leaving 15 minutes later they still had 1 small portion of noodles left in the counter to sell.Hard and dry.Obviously wanting to put people off buying anything as you just wouldn’t want them.It was about 6.50 pm when we arrived and when we left the place was still busy with people.They shut at 9pm So why not put fresh out even small amounts to encourage people to buy them .I have worked management in catering all my life and this was just plain laziness and them hoping to have an easy night.It wasn’t worth leaving the house for never mind driving the distance for and paying for them ontop.I wouldn’t have given them away.Looks like I will now have to travel to the one nearer Leeds.Come on management put decent members of staff on.The other staff you have esp the girls are good and do a good job of having nice food.

Dreadful experience. Very Disappointing

All thanks to Oscar at Chopstix. 

After stopping for a quick bite with the kids at the services we have now been back 4 times. We live 30mins down the M1 but it's worth it. 

The kids have BK,  me and wife get Chopstix. The food is always spot on. 

But the best part is the service. Oscar is hands down, the best person we have ever been served by, from any establishment. He is an asset to Chopstix, I hope some higher up in the business recognises his value.

Wanted to order from Chopsticks at the East Midlands outlet but one there was no real queuing system for the touchscreens and secondly after what seemed an age the same people were still struggling to place orders so gave up and went elsewhere

Visited the Bromley store a few times now, staff are always helpful and friendly. The food has been plentiful and tasty. The chicken sides are delicious.

The chicken sides are always yummy but the noodles are forever dry and not fresh. They're not meant to stick to together so STRONG. It's my own fault, when you order online it's like they do this intentionally in comparison to going in person. So I should've just not ordered.

Very good customer service from ASH at merry hill.

Visited Chopstix at Middlebrook. I must say that this is my go to place to eat here. The restaurant is clean and bright. The staff are very welcoming and friendly and the food is so flavourful. It's an open kitchen and the food is fresh. Has facilities for disabled and is wheelchair friendly with large open spaces between tables. Also offers a take away service.

George thecook has very poor manners and very bad customer service. I ordered chicken bites and I got cauliflower bites. He refused to change them to what I ordered I said I would pay the difference but I will not pay again as that's not what I order. He said I had eaten two already. Please tell me how am I suppose to know it was the wrong order unless I eat it.
Further morse he goes on to say that the person who served me has worked there for over a year and I should know what I should have order.
First of first timer how would I know chicken bites only come in 10 not 5. Wouldn't that be for the staff selling me to what portion size there is.

I was having a training around the corner in Stratford and popped in to have a quick lunch.

If you love some good Asian food, I'd recommend.

If I hadn't paid more than £10, I'd have given 5 stars.

Very poor. Tiny portions of luke warm average food.
