I went to this establishment earlier in the day and was shocked by the level of disrespect and rudeness by a member of staff. Cocky and arrogant are the perfect words to describe this woman. And to top it off I had asked for curry sauce and she put a teaspoon worth of it on. Not to mention the food was awful and uncooked anyways. Wouldn’t feed it to the dogs. This was in Doncaster frenchgate.

Honestly, I was pretty disappointed. The food was extremely salty and didn’t live up to all the hype. I was expecting something much better based on the reviews, but it just wasn’t enjoyable at all.

I went in just for quick food, the food is awesome and I get it often. The service however... The guy clearly did not want to be working, he asked me what size etc, that was fine. It was at the end where the guy threw my food down, asked if I wanted a bag, when I said no thank you, he sighed and put the bag back very passive aggressively. He also didnt close the box or anything so I had to close the box and pick it up to take out with me. I thought his attitude was horrendous and I don't know whether it's because I looked young that he came to the conclusion that I didn't deserve the same level of service he was giving other customers but it was distasteful and rude.

The change from beef to no beef teriyaki, the taste and texture was disgusting. The change in the salt and pepper potatoes was also dismal and nothing more than oven wedges. Very overpriced for what it was. The service is the only thing that was reasonable.
I’ve used these many times before but will not use ago it was poor.

Visited Chopstix in Brighton with kids and friends. Shortly after eating, we all had stomach cramps that lasted into the next few days, and one of us was vomiting.
Really disappointing experience, especially with children involved. Hope food safety is taken seriously.

such a rip off get like 4 peices of chicken and the rest is noodles and rice which are dry 🤮 seriously not worth the money and the chicken is cold

Very mid food, not pleased, I wouldn’t go here if I were you.

I visited Chopstix yesterday alone and again today with my son. When visiting yesterday I ordered a large box meal. When I went to pay I asked if I could use my app to earn points but was told this option wasn't available at this branch which while it isn't a major thing, seems quite disappointing that we can gain while making purchases in comparison to other branches. Also, I was told that they didn't have a penny to give me the exact change I was due so was "I okay to take less change" I mean 1p is nothing as long as it happens once but had the role been reversed would they have accepted less from me if I was short on the price of my food. The food however was delicious, so no complaints on that front. Today's visit my son only wanted noodles, so I asked if I could get a regular box (2 toppings) but have the toppings in a separate box. They sorted it out, gave me the toppings tub and I have to say, what I received felt like a single topping rather than 2. There was hardly anything there. There branch was also filthy. There was chicken on the floor. Noodles on tables and rice as well. Now, while it would be nice for previous customers to clean up their own mess, it would also be very proactive for the staff to ensure the tables are cleaned every so often. Let's hope the next visit is a bit better.

The Chopstix in Lewisham is absolutely TERRIBLE!
Always smells really weird in there, the staff are extremely rude. Don’t even have the decency to greet you. The only thing you’ll hear from them is “what do you want” Awful.

Their so called “customer service” department is just as bad.

I wrote a long winded complaint about my bad experience, and then after over an entire WEEK, I got the most generic response back.
Absolutely dreadful company. I’ll never give these people my money ever again.

Went to chopstick at Braehead with hubby I only like fried rice gor charged £5.99 for just rice felt I had been robbed n to top it off it was rotten

Just like to say how nice the food was from the Chopstix on site at Butlins Skegness (September 2025).
A few of us went to one of the weekenders they had & we got food from there all 3 nights.
Really nice. Tried most of the food they had available. Very good.
Tried a few of the ready meals they're doing now at Iceland, pretty decent as well for a microwave dinner

Advert on Uber eats looks lovely, delivery took ages, food luke warm, portion was for a child, very disappointed. I paid over £29. I would not recommend this business.

I do like the taste however just recently the guy at the counter was cleaning with a mop in his hand; as soon as he saw me approaching he asked me what I'd like and then grabbed the box without washing his hands. I confronted him right there and he was apologetic, washed his hands and wore gloves.
this is just for the managers to promote hygiene practices

It’s no wonder this branch has so many complaints about late arrivals and cold food; the staff are intentionally obstructing the delivery process.

​I followed the app instructions to the rear entrance, but with no signage, no doorbell, and no one answering the phone, I had to walk 400 yards from the car park in heavy rain and freezing slush to the front desk. Despite seeing me soaked and holding my thermal bag, the staff member refused to hand over the order sitting right behind him. He sarcastically demanded I walk back, drive a quarter-mile around the building, and try the back door again. He even got another staff member to join in and laugh at me.

​This 'power trip' behaviour is exactly why your customers are getting cold food. Instead of a 10-second handover, they chose to delay the delivery by 15 minutes just to mock a driver working in bad weather. Absolute lack of professional standards or respect for delivery partners. If you want your food hot and on time, avoid ordering from here until management addresses the toxic attitude of their staff.

Food was quite nice however not great, the service was excellent and we were served by Lipika who was very friendly and kind! We visited the Newcastle Upon Tyne (High street) restaurant!

Lutin airport.To much salt, a litle dry. Use to was tastier.
