Mark was such a great fitter. Unfortunately when he first arrived he discovered my new windscreen had a slight crack in it but after a few phone calls he managed to find a supplier, collect it and then a replacement within the afternoon. Cannot recommend enough.

Threatening people for being honest. Don’t use them! Check their google reviews too! Pathetic operation!!

They did a botched job with my windscreen, I left an honest review and now they are sending me threats saying that if I don’t remove the review “something will happen to your car”. Stay well clear of these unprofessional bullies.

Avoid this company. My partner booked them to replace a windscreen, and instead of receiving a professional service, she was subjected to inappropriate flirting and private messages from the fitter, even after making it clear she was married. Completely unacceptable behaviour.

As if that wasn’t enough, the windscreen was fitted badly, leading to leaks. When we tried to contact the company about it, they were unresponsive and clearly uninterested in resolving the issue. We ended up having to go elsewhere and pay again to get it properly fitted.

Unprofessional, poor workmanship, and zero accountability. Spend your money with a company that actually respects its customers.

Don't like honest reviews and then proceed to text customers threatening them with violence if they don't remove the review.

This joke of a company needs taking down and the people behind it need putting in prison. Couldn't fit a piece of ham between a sandwich never mind mind a windscreen.

I needed a windscreen replacement for my Audi and came across Chips Ahoy Windscreens. They were the cheapest quote I received and were very approachable and efficient. I spoke to Anthony who was very friendly and made the procedure smooth and easy. Within 24 hours, they had my windscreen replacement and Jason came to me to replace it. Jason again was very friendly and did a fantastic job, he phoned me prior to arrival and talked me through everything, before leaving he showed me the replacement to ensure I was happy with it. It has been a very easy process and I would 100% recommend them to anyone. Thank you guys!

Chips Ahoy gave a very efficient and reasonably priced service for my windscreen replacement. All the staff were professional and knowledgeable. Anthony and Lisa were extremely helpful in communications and the fitter (sorry can't remember his name) was excellent and did a very skilful job.

The whole experience from Anthony calling to provide my quote with extremely competitive prices to Mark calling before attending to fit my new windshield was perfect. No faults along the way, the team have been extremely efficient and very friendly. Would highly recommend Chips Ahoy Windscreens to anyone who needs one.

Brilliant service great customer service

Had a great experience with Chips Ahoy when getting my windscreen replaced. I was dealt with by Anthony and Jason—both were very professional throughout. Jason, in particular, was brilliant at keeping me updated on his arrival time, was polite and friendly when he arrived, and carried out the work swiftly and efficiently. He did a lovely, tidy job and made sure everything was cleaned up afterwards. Really happy with the service—highly recommend!

Super quick and friendly service from booking to the visit from Kez for the window screen replacement visit.

Jason came by this morning and fitted my screen with no hassle and even tidied up after himself and left my car as it was prior to the new fitting, windscreen is perfect.

Booked in on Tuesday and paid my deposit and was told over the phone I’d be getting sent over the details of my time slot and details etc, Wednesday comes and by 1pm I’ve had no further contact from anyone so I rang up myself to find out what’s going on to then be told by an employee that they’ve not received my glass/ haven’t picked it up. Which is understandable but the man on the phone dealing with me didn’t apologise for not contacting me and letting me know and it made me question that if I didn’t phone up would anyone of bothered to contact me to tell me they couldn’t do my windscreen replacement. Had even text them prior on Wednesday morning asking for an update and message was ignored. Aside of this lovely job done by the fitter and Anthony was very communicative with me last week when we first spoke about the potential windscreen replacement

Had a crack on my windscreen and rang up and the guys at chips ahoy.. got me fit in the next day! They sent out KEZ who’s local to me and he turnt up on time and got the job done tidy and efficiently. He rang me on the way to my house and the job was done in around an hour! Would highly recommend the team at chips ahoy 10/10

Got a number of quotes from different people, and these were the cheapest. Quote was given quickly with no messing about.

Job was booked in. and their office was super helpful with working around my time issues.

Fitter let me know he was on his way, was super friendly and did a good job.

+10 For this company. Hope to never use them again, but if I do break a window / Windscreen, they will be the first people I call.
