Store & food quality
I was at the 117 location in Lima Ohio on may 17, the place was dirty & my food was cold! When I ordered the bin of Barbacoa was empty. The server said he would be right back. He went to the back of kitchen & took my half finished bowl with him. When he returned, my bowl now had meat? He finished my bowl & when I went to eat it in store, it was cold! I won’t be returning to this location anytime soon! Location is poorly managed! Guess you can attribute it to the younger generation & their poor work ethic & manners🤷🏻♂️

The last five times we ordered from Chipotle on Smoky Hill Road in Colorado they have messed up our order. This is the worst managed Chipotle I have ever seen. They need to get someone who actually cares about customers or at least an IQ above single digits. I'm done with this worthless company.

Disappointing
I had my friend pick up chipotle for me tonight as I was at work and unable to go and only had cash for a payment. I must say, I am very disappointed in the quality of my food. I understand it was close to 10pm and the store closes at 11pm but getting 10 pieces of chicken and less than 1/4 cup of black beans is just pathetic. I guess it’s time to find a different fast, fresh Mexican restaurant because this apparently isn’t.

We were beyond disgusted with the filthy state of the Chipotle store we stopped at last night. The store was in north Fargo, North Dakota located at 1204 19th Ave North. Every table, inside and out was covered in filth, leftover food chunks, and obviously not wiped off for some time. There was mixed food ingredients in and all around each and every food serving container in the order line. The floors were filthy, especially in the kitchen area. Grease pouring down the fryers. Staff appeared to not know what they were doing, repeatedly asking the same questions over and over about our food picks. So disgusting.
I have ordered on the app twice and…
I have ordered on the app twice and each time they have forgotten my guacamole. The first time I contacted customer service on the app and issued me a guacamole rewards to use on my next purchase. Tried using the rewards and again did not receive my item and when I called to speak to customer service on the phone, they mentioned they could give me a guacamole rewards since technically did not spend money on this order. I tried to explain that this was the second time and I did not want a reward because I am not receiving the item so I will not be ordering online again. I just wanted them to refund me the actual money for the side of guac. They couldn't do it and because of that poor customer service relationship, I will not be ordering online or will go there again in person. Btw, this happened in two different locations (Dallas and Irving).

The order was online for pickup at Forney, Texas hwy 80-fm 1641 location. I got there at the was 25 minutes late, I got home the order was missing all the added items I ordered except the plain rice, beans and meat. Don't try calling them you're wasting your time. I won't patronize them anymore.

Firstly the employee are arrogant and attitude. Seems like they are working in NASA. They always try to give as little as they can especially to group of community of people. I think we all pay the same dollar amount and also they are highly unprofessional as the Chipotle are keeping those people who don’t know basic of English. I have seen so many times. Although I like the food it serves which is very balanced and so is the reason having been eating. But quality of service does matter.

First of all, if you have to download an app to your phone to use what looks like a drive-through, something's not right. Secondly, the prices are too high, for the quantity and quality of what you actually get. If this franchise flourishes any further, I'll be surprised.

Chipotle took double payment!!!!
Chipotle had an offer for free guacamole on leap day. Because I had enough points for a free burrito I thought that I could redeem them both and get the burrito as well as the free guacamole. While trying to place the order in the app, I clicked redeem points, then redeem offer for free guac. It did not allow me to do both so I backed up and only selected free guac being that it expired that day. Long story short, the app took my 1625 points as well as my credit card payment for the same burrito.
I wrote to Chipotle via the app as well as via email and I have been fighting with them for three weeks now because they refuse to give me back my credit card payment. I initially asked for the points to be returned and they claimed that they cannot return the points, so I’ve been asking them to either give me a credit for a free burrito or return my money. For several attempts, their personnel completely ignore my requests to return my credit card payment and keep telling me over and over that they cannot return points. I’ve asked several times to please escalate this to someone in management that can and will do something to remedy this but they refuse and say again that they cannot return points. I placed the order in the app and they can see by reading the thread of app chats and emails, my multiple requests for my money back or a credit for a burrito. All of the evidence is in front of them but they seem to refuse to give my money back and want to keep the double payment. It took me several months to accumulate enough points to get a free burrito and it’s really unfair for them to keep the points and my payment.
Chipotle should be ashamed of themselves for the way that they are handling this very very simple situation.
I will never trust them again.
Decent food depending on time of day but absolutely dreadful. Customer service
Customers may as well be cattle at chipotle with how they rush you through even if no one is behind you and literally I've never ever seen an employee smile and after paying they don't even give you the tray they make you reach across and get it literally Everytime. The food is somewhat consistent depending on what time of the day but can't order online because the severely skimp on portions. Only restaurant I frequent that literally the whole staff act like you're an inconveniencing them.

I went to the Bartlett Street location in Beverly mass. They were out of meats. They were out of rice. They were out of just about half of the food, including the beverages machine was out of order, but that cashier continued to let me buy a drink. The location was a total disaster, with trash everywhere, including the tables and the floor. There was no trash barrel, available to dispose of the trash. When I did place the food order, the serving was minimal. But yet they chose to charge me full price. Including a drink, which the machine was not operable. I would not encourage anyone to step foot into this place. The employees don’t care, the manager cares less, and it reflects on the way the business is being run, and how the business looks. The place was disgusting. This will be the last time I step foot into any chipotle location.
