We have 2 Chipotles in Kansas City North, both of which have gone completely downhill in food prep.
Today I ordered a side of guacamole and it’s color was dark forest green so I couldn’t eat it. The rice was soggy and the chicken no longer tastes like it was grilled — it just tastes like boiled chicken — no flavor. The people working there are obviously not following food prep instructions. 5 years ago this was my favorite to go restaurant, but now I will have to stop eating there.

Store at 5002 Cortez Rd W Bradenton, FL 34210. First visit today, will not be back. Pickup order had no ID or receipt, burrito labels were incorrect, swapped, so we started each other's meals, expected burritos to be hot, but were barely lukewarm. Steak had a "unique" flavor. Taco Bell would have been better value for money.

I went to a Chipotle and asked for water with the 3 meals I purchased. Something important to note is that my family does not drink soda. Anyway, I was charged for 3 sodas and when I emailed customer service online they gave me 3 drink vouchers that expired in a very short period of time. I was planning on using the vouchers for something besides soda, but I wasn't able to use the vouchers in the short period of time. After the vouchers expired I asked them to extend the date and they refused to help.

The Hoover Alabama location was not clean. The area behind the counter was scattered in food debris and noone was cleaning it up. The serving line had food all over outside the pans. I was the first in line and Noone was at the register to check people out. I waited for several minutes, then asked to check out. There were two people doing nothing and
one grudgingly checked me out. Food was cold and tasteless. Worst experience I have ever had. I will not return.

Door dash is a ripoff
I'm curious does anyone else find this ridiculous? Also ,food was subpar and cold. So yesterday I ordered 2 small burritos (steak) and 2 smoked brisket bowls(meat dried out ,hard and flavorless) price. $195!!!! via Doordash. Will never deal with them again. Shysters!!

Had a burrito with chicken the shell was cold as was the chicken and everything else in it. Would not recommend going back. The staff wasn’t very happy most standing around doing nothing. Restaurant was not clean. A very depressing experience.

The food was not bad, but the brisket was cut up soooooooo small I could hardly find it in the bowl. How about some nice medium size pieces of meat? For the price the meat is just cut up too small. The commercial you see nice juicy pieces of brisket - FORGET ABOUT IT

I usually like Chipotle but it's always hit or miss. The last 2 times I went to the Des Peres, MO location, they didn't give me my guac with chips even though I was charged for it. The chips were also stale and disgusting. I will be taking a break from this place until they figure things out.

Chipotle in my opinion is one of the best foods in the world, but when you order online there always seems to be a problem. Out of all my online Chipotle orders, there is always a problem with the food. I ordered a chicken burrito and they gave me a whole different kind of burrito which I never asked for. If you order in-store instead, you can guarantee a meal that you are satisfied with.

Absolutely awful went to the location on Sullivan rd in Spokane Calley and spent about $30 on two burritos one steak and one Carnitas. The food wasn’t fresh and the they were out of rice except one kind and the rice they had was so hard it was like they poured it straight from the box into my burritos. I took them to go and found out whhen I got home after a long day of work just to throw them away because they weren’t even edible because the rice was so nasty. I wouldn’t recommend this place. You’ll get dried out food and no one fixed the issue. I used a gift card my mom got me and it was a complete waste of money. Absolutely disappointing

I love the food at Chipotle but they always seem to be out of key ingredients or skimp, even when you ask for extra!

If you know what you want, skip this location. They are ALWAYS out of something and it’s often the proteins or the sour cream or the corn salsa or the fajita veggies. Even when they have the fajita veggies, they are usually undercooked and crunchy. On the other hand, If you like crunchy green peppers in your burritos and you don’t care what kind of meat is in it or whether they have the ingredients you want, stop on in. Otherwise, don’t waste your time and gas, you will be disappointed.

There is vermin in the eating area at the Canary Wharf branch. Mouses will run past your leg while you eat. Horrible and uncomfortable expirience, this is the 2nd time this has happened to me and will never come back.

Visited the Watford branch today. Tasty food and friendly staff. Will be back!

I fancied Mexican and usually go to Tortilla in Finchley Road but this was closer to where I live and I decided to get a take away. The service was fine, but I was astonished at the way the Burrito is served - short and fat, never seen burritos served this way. And over £12! With avocado adding £2.80!! Anyway took it home to eat. It was so salty as to be inedible, the chicken was dry and overcooked and because of the salt, it was impossible to discern other tastes. I opened it up, ate the rice and threw the rest away. I will not go back again. Tortilla here I come.
