Really good experience with chillisauce
Really good experience with chilli sauce. They helped me plan a stag with 15 other lads and everything went smoothly from start to finish. We had guides come with us on every activity which helped everything run well, and the prices we were given were very reasonable.

Poor experience
My mate arranged a stag through them to go to Bournemouth.
Initially booked us in for a pub brunch but tried to move it last minute because of the football. We wanted it that time because of the football.
Prior to arriving my mate was receiving calls from the vendors saying CS had not paid vendors and the venues night cancel.
He subsequently chased payment for them.
We arrived and went to the escape room who had us a logged as a hen do.
Then the following night, we attended Boom Battle Bar to find out that they had scheduled us for different times to the bookings CS had provided, we spent 30’mins rearranging everything on a night out.
Communication from CS has been poor, would recommend just booking stuff yourself.

I am sorry to see that you have left us a 1-star review and that your experience with Chillisauce did not meet your expectations.
Unfortunately, the brunch booking had to be amended at short notice because the pub decided not to serve food during the football match due to health and safety concerns. We explained the situation to the lead organiser, who was happy to adjust the booking time. We also made the pub aware that the group wished to watch the football as planned after the meal.
I am also sorry to hear that our suppliers contacted the lead organiser regarding payment. This should not have happened, as all payments were up to date.
The escape room booking was made under "Craig's Stag Do" with George listed as the lead organiser, so I am unsure why the venue believed your group was a hen party. In any case, the venue provides the same package for both stag and hen groups.
I am disappointed to hear that you felt our communication was poor. In fact, the last correspondence we received from the lead organiser was a message thanking us for chasing everything up and ensuring the arrangements were in place.
While I appreciate your feedback, I am sorry that these issues impacted your overall impression of the event.

Comedy club and a guided pub tour round the west end. NEVER happend because it all clided together so just ended up doing comedy club and it was crap! NO pub tour!!! Don't book!

I’m sorry to see that you left a 1-star review following your London Stag Do.
We hadn’t received any feedback prior to today, so we had understood that everything had gone smoothly.
The Comedy Club booking was scheduled for 5:30pm, followed by the Bar Crawl at 7:30pm, so I’m sorry to hear there was an overlap between the two. The Soho Comedy Club had accepted the 5:30pm booking, so we can only assume that the earlier show may have been cancelled.
We will need to investigate further to understand exactly what happened.

If you use this company take out travel insurance.NO REFUNDS !!
If you use this company take out travel insurance even if it’s a UK event. They are expensive for what they offer and it seems that you still have to pay more for example a round of golf carts extra, golf range tees extra. If you are unable to attend due to injury with hospital treatment this company is not interested in refunding your £230+ money despite the person not attending not using the facilities and eating the breakfast. Very poor at calling you back…. Well they don’t you have to chase them. If you do get any response as in a refund…..£18 !!!! Avoid being stung if you can’t attend don’t use them.

We strongly recommend all of our customers to take out travel insurance to cover them in the event you are unable to travel or if something goes wrong whilst away, as mentioned in our terms and conditions.
The refund offered was a gesture of goodwill to cover the cost of the karting activity, as you requested.

I have paid in full for my friends Stag do that is due to start on Thursday 14/05/2026. I have paid in full via direct debit. I went to sign into my account for Chilli Sauce for it to show I do not have an account. Once speaking to the quite rude account manager Harrison, I have been told multiple lies and excuses. At first they said they cannot find payments, then they said I have £100 left to pay. Then they have said actually the payments I have made for this stag do was payments for a stag do I went on 2 years ago!! The amounts were completely different and I would not be paying for a stag do 2 years later. The other one was also paid in full from an old bank account of mine.
They cannot give me an answer as to why it is showing I do not have an account.
I have sent full screen shots of amounts paid from my bank. They have asked if they can have access to my bank which I obviously declined and have also said I need to pay in full AGAIN rather than sort the actual issue!!
When asking for a refund they said it is too late at this point, however, it is their mess up and they have done nothing to resolve the issue other than try and scam me out of more money.
I asked to speak to a manager in which they said there isn't one available every time.
None of their answers add up. I will be taking this further.
