I have made many orders from cherrykitten by now, and honestly am thrilled with them all. On top of the designs being unhinged as hell, and super fun, the customer service when there's something wrong with your order is top notch. Fixing the issue via whatsapp was convenient and response times were extremely fast, especially compared to many other sites. My customer services rep was so helpful, explained everything in detail and really put in the extra mile helping me out - thank you Antoine! You're a star! Give this person a raise, cherrykitten 💖

(edited, weve come to a solution) No Product delivered + breaking EU laws
Edit: Weve come to a solution and a refund has been issued, date 24. July.
Ive ordered a tshirt at cherrykitten. The order was confirmed on 8. June. It was shipped on 16. June. Today is the 23. of July and neither according to the tracking link, or at my appartment, ive received the package.
And not only do they take ages or just idk forgot my order, ive been in quite some dispute with them via email aswell. According to EU consumer laws and international laws im entiteled to a order cancellation with full refund. That is a law. Ive declared my cancellation even before shipping.
Their reply was simply something along the lines of we dont do that here cause it doesnt align with our policies.
In conclusion cherrykitten
A) breaks EU consumer laws
and
B) doesnt even deliver the product or the compensation
Due to no efforts made by cherrykitten to resolve the issue i will have to take certain steps now.

Everything went well

I have had no problems with the company…
I have had no problems with the company and have ordered more than once. I tend to purchase the mesh vests which always look great and I also went for a vest with red diamonte which was much better than I was expecting.
Shipping isn’t the fastest but normally happy to wait for deliveries
