I purchased two phone cases from the cherrykitten website and when I went to open one of the two, it had a small typo. I’ve never reached out to a company before about something like this, but I went out on a limb. I messaged the cherry kitten Instagram and I got to speak with Anne who was very understanding and remedied the issue in a thoughtful conversation. I sent over my order information and I have now since received a case without the typo and I love it!

The quality of the product isn't good
The quality of the product isn't good, the one corner of the keyring is chipped which is a shame, they are not the cheapest of keyrings so it's a pity to say the least.

I had an amazing experience with Cherrykitten and especially with Antoine who helped me out with everything! Before production I asked for a preview which I received and even though some shirts were delivered in the wrong size, they were super kind and are delivering the right ones free of cost!

i bought an item from this company without consulting the wife (so i got the wrong color lol) and when i emailed cherry to ask for the right color to be shipped, they promptly responded and made sure i would get the item i wanted. anne (the best ever) was so kind and made sure she helped in any way necessary. i can tell this is a wonderful company and deserves all the good business. plus everything i have seen is super cute. 10/10

I bought a tank top and it arrived…
I bought a tank top and it arrived reeking of chemicals. I had to let it air out for a day until I could even go near it. Tried it on and the material was so thin and cheap that it was completely see-through. I tried to return it - turns out you have to email customer support to do so and they take ~24 hours to respond to each email. I went back and forth with them 3 times, each time they tried to offer me a "discounted refund" instead of giving me a return label. Finally I'm told that they don't provide return labels at all and the customer is completely liable for costs to ship the items to their office in China and then provide THEM with a tracking number. For me, shipping costs would have been worth the entire cost of the item itself. Scam company with bad products and even worse customer service.

The custom stuff turned out so good. I like the quality of the shirts. The mesh items are very see through but still fun. The sizing of “oversized” tshirts could be better. They are smaller than most other “oversized” shirts I own and even went up a size. Not insanely smaller but enough to be a little annoying. If you like oversized I’d go up 1-2 sizes.
