I have been receiving these undies for over a year and it’s always a cool surprise! They are the cutest and I feel good each time I put a pair on.

I have tried the boyshorts, the thongs and the bra. I love them all. They are comfortable, well made and are a great value. If you haven’t tried them, you really need too. You will be pleasantly surprised.

The boy short undies are super comfy and cute. I've never had any issues with their products from leggings to socks and underwear, it's all great quality and meant to be comfortable and affordable ☺️ thanks so much for everything you do for us bigger women. For reference I'm an XL in undies and a 2XL in leggings.

They feel and look great! Have no issues. No problems with shipping, ordering, or subscription, no problems skipping a month. Great all around.

This company is doing everything well. The customer service is outstanding if there is a problme with an order or you just have a simple question. The products are of excellent quality. I wish there was a Cheek Boss around years ago! I will not buy any other underwear products anywhere else!

I love this brand so much, I have one bra and have had SO many pairs of underwear. The only problem I have with them is the seamless “adhesive” does come apart after so many washes, I only have one setting on my washer so it heats up the adhesive but they do last a long time. They are soft and super comfortable

Super comfortable underwear for people with sensory issues! This is one of the only two brands I ever wear!

I absolutely love the pj's and panties!! The bras are good for a couple hours then I sag. But entities else is soft and cozy!

I have sensory issues and I've never found a pair of underwear that makes me feel so comfortable and at ease. I also love the super fun patterns and colors. They treat their customers with respect, make quick responses and excellent products.

I would say about 90% of the underwear that I received in my package. I loved the pattern but like that I have the ability to create a wish list at least send me the ones that I picked out however, if I forget to add to my wish list then I get random ones that are sometimes ugly other than that I would like to see some holiday themed underwear so for the month of December, I would like to get Christmas underwear for the month of April Easter, October, Halloween underwear, etc. Quality is amazing long lasting stretchy, comfortable breathing fabric.

The products are confortable and fits true to size. Shipping is fast!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! You don’t get what you paid for! Rachel in Customer Service Wants me to pay additional for panties I already paid for!

I signed up for the VIP package where they send you 3 pairs of undies every month for $24.99
They are supposed to send you ones from a list you choose but quite often they sent ones that were way off base and nothing at all what I would wear.
At first the undies felt nice but after washing a couple of times, they werent quite right.
Even though the bras are cute they offer no support at all. One of them that I ordered, the first day I wore it, the top of it kept on slipping down under my beasts which Ive never had happen with a bra in my life.
Id recommend using them for their sign on deal so you can get a bunch of "free" stuff and then immediately canceling your subscription.

I love how comfortable and cute the underwear are. But they don’t last more than two months of use. And I’ve ordered a few times, and shipping takes over a month.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with CheekBoss and their customer service, and I strongly caution others before purchasing.

I placed what I believed was a one-time order. At no point was it clearly communicated that I was enrolling in a recurring subscription. The website itself was glitching during my purchase, which added to the confusion.

As soon as I realized there may be a subscription attached, I immediately requested cancellation—before the order even shipped. I also explained that I could not access the email account associated with the order, so I was unable to log in and cancel it myself.

Despite this, customer service refused to assist me. Instead, they repeatedly sent generic instructions telling me to log in—completely ignoring the fact that I had already explained that I couldn’t.

Let me be clear: I have the right to request cancellation, especially before an order ships and before a billing cycle renews. They had every opportunity to cancel this on their end and chose not to.

They then allowed the charge to go through and denied my refund, insisting I return the item—something I had already tried to avoid by canceling in advance. To make matters worse, they didn’t even offer a prepaid return label, forcing me to pay out of pocket for a situation they could have prevented entirely.

This experience shows:

* A broken and confusing checkout/subscription process
* A website that does not function properly
* Customer service that refuses to assist with basic account issues
* A cancellation process that feels intentionally difficult

Their responses were scripted, dismissive, and lacked any real effort to resolve the issue.

Very poor customer service. Good customer service means helping the customer with what they need. Instead, I was disregarded—there was no empathy, no assistance, and no ownership of the problem. I would never shop here again.

Absolutley adore this brand! They are probably the MOST comfortable undies I have ever owned!!! They’re smooth, soft and fit amazing!!! Proud to say I’m a returning customer from 2024!!

I have finally found undies that I feel comfortable during the day and to sleep in. I wear the bras all the time too! Both make me feel so good a pretty, even if I’m the only one that sees it, always makes me smile! A total plus with all the fun prints/styles!! Thanks!

these are soooo user friendly! so many different patterns to choose from and if you want just plain colors there’s that too ! they fit so comfortably and don’t roll or anything. they are in fact seemless and sooo comfortable girl .definitely stayed subscribed

I've placed a few orders have have 10 or so pairs of panties now, and I would say they're fine. They've clearly got issues in their QA department. I can get the same style/size and 3 will fit perfect and 1 will be snug. I also had 1 pair where the gusset started to fall out after just 2 washes (and air-dried both times). If you get a decent deal, I say try it out, but keep in mind that it can be hit-or-miss.
