The item was new sealed as it was described on eBay, and it arrived on time. So 5 stars from me! Thanks for your service guys!

Goods lost in transit for 10 days - We'll send out a replacement but didn't. Can you wait another 4 days - it might turn up.
When my package did arrive, it had been put in a Royal Mail bag with an apology from RM for the delay. Unfortunately the phone was missing, all I got was the charger! In fairness a refund was immediately made by C.E.
I'll never again buy anything expensive from a company who use Royal Mail for deliveries.

Sent a faulty item and refusing to refund it for same fault. They have the item and my phone. Dishonest fraudsters. Avoid.

I brought a mobile phone from this company which has never worked, after countless attempts to get this resolvedm, I have just been delayed and delayed. The phone which was a Nokia - has and will never work. The only advise I was given was reset it. BUT this does nothing. Extremely bad customer service and seemingly no returns or offer of returns, for faulty goods. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!!

Rip off fraudsters.
This company sold (via amazon) me a phone without a screen cover, unbeknown to me.
When I returned the phone due to a screen issue of black screen (no damage).
They've returned my phone and said the screen protector has been removed.
This is a great scam! No one removed this screen protector.
I am considering legal action now....
Avoid them at all costs

I purchased a refurbished Samsung A50 in November 2021, so it is only 9 months old. The screen has failed, with two lines appearing, but I thought that's where the 1 year warranty would help. But apparently not - I returned the phone, they inspected it and said there is a crack in the camera - not the screen which is obviously faulty and so therefore the warranty is invalidated. They will not do anything to rectify the situation. Beware. I would not buy from them again.

Ordered a laptop on ebay. They said that it was despatched (and even gave me a DPD tracking number). Guess what? It didn't exist and they had to refund me.

However it wasted 2 days of my time meaning I lost a potential £60 discount with an ebay voucher, and have no time to order another.

Cheap certainly, but not cheerful!

I purchased a mobile phone from this company which was dispatched quickly loved the phone but after 2 days it would not charge I got in touch with them and they agreed with me to return they sent me all necessary paperwork to return and said on the return documents that postage is also refundable this cost me £7.65 but this is not happening really disappointed with them and would never go there again. They are a 3 rd party seller through Amazon with whom I've shopped with for years and this is the first time I've been rolled over stay clear

Brought top the range outback BBQ delivered quickly, all good till we looked at official outback website and noticed our BBQ not the same. Sent email and pictures to cheapelectricals, got one email back asking to point out differences so replied and got no response keep sending emails and no reply.
Looked at many images on the web can't figure out which outback BBQ Ouse is?

I wanted a top of the range Panasonic 55" Smart TV and found exactly what I wanted at Cheap Electrical s who had it in stock and even delivered it the next day. What can I say, brilliant!

Great service and great tv

I have used Cheap Electricals to source my TV, my Sonos wifi music system and my beast of a BBQ. All of which were delivered really quickly and for much less than I could find anywhere else on the web.
The service is first rate and friendly. If you are looking for an electrical appliance, give them a go.
I would recommend Cheap Electricals to anybody and everybody.

I ordered a Sony Hifi and it arrived within a week and a half of placing the order, which was a lot quicker than I had first expected as the item was 'available now' rather than 'in stock'.

Customer services were helpful and provided accurate information and the overall cost of the hifi was the best on the internet at the time.

I would recommend cheapelectricals.co.uk due to the value price, great customer service and prompt delivery.

I was a bit reluctant ordering a premium headphone from them as they did not seem to be a dedicated dealer for this sort of things. But I did not need to worry. The price was exceptional and the service quick and reliable as you might wish for.

Bought a Sony RDH-GTK11iP Boom box with iPod and iPhone dock as a present he is made up with it. I can only comment on price and delivery and that was excellent. Will use again when/if need arises.

Bought a TV 5 years ago along with a 5 year warranty, was delivered within approx 10 working days. TV went wrong after 4.5 years (not cheapelectricals fault) and was written off by D&G the warranty company, I was given the cost of an equal TV to spend at this same company, again took around 10 working days to arrive, I was kept informed by Ray that this was the case so not a problem, TV had a stuck pixel, so Sony said as product was faulty from outset a replacement would be offered, cheapelectricals provided this within 5 working days, which I was delighted with. My calls were always answered and returned, emails replied to within 24 hours! Would reccommend this company, but would advise you email them to check when stock will be available as the website appears not to be fully up to date.
