A horrible experience over the last 18 months, I received conformation my last investment was move out this week from this company.

When my adviser moved to Chase, I soon followed with my investments. Soon after I could see he was more stress and worried. As expected he left after 6 months and I lost contact with him. In the space of 6 to 12 months I was passed to multiple advisers (around 3/4) who all ended up leaving. The turnover was so high. Finally with the current adviser I had enough, who also hinted of leaving the company.

Luckily, I bumped into my old adviser and got his LinkedIn and manage to find his new company. Finally after speaking with my daughter, I moved all my investments from Chase.

What the adviser told me about chase was worrying.
They were asking all advisers to move their client money to their own portfolio's to profit the company and increase investment amount within. However, the fund had limited history and very poor performance and not all advisers agreed to this, so maybe some good ones.

Not sure how they can be called 'IFA' if you are recommending in house portfolio.

After moving from this company, the last 12 months performance with new investment company has been great. I would add if you have been asked to move to their internal portfolio is to review carefully and maybe decline the offer.

Andrew Foyle has been my Financial Advisor for nearly four years. The support and advice that I have received from him regarding my pension and savings has been invaluable. Andrew was particularly supportive when I was experiencing health issues and needed to review my pensions and plan for the future. Previously, managing my pensions seemed complicated but Andrew explains things clearly, ensuring I understand everything. He will discuss and listen to what I need, and advise me on planning the best retirement for the future. He is great at explaining the financial terminology and will go the extra mile to help you.

I had a fantastic consultation through Chase de Vere with Oliver Orchant DipPFS, LLB (Hons).

Oliver did his due diligence before our appointment, whereby he contacted me to find out what I wanted from the consultation. He contacted me in a timely manner and responded quickly, with a professional manner. When I spoke to Oliver, he had even read an article I had written online, which was a lovely touch.

Regarding his structure of the consultation, it was clear throughout and Oliver was flexible in his approach.

Oliver is clearly very knowledgable, able to advise on a broad range of financial topics. Oliver was also not overly pushy with regard to what he was telling me about and picked up on what I wanted and tailored his advice accordingly.
