From viewing to finally moving I was kept informed of progress and of what I needed to do next. Having not moved in 30 years things are very different nowadays but the process was relatively straightforward. Shannon Wilton at Charters in Romsey was very helpful and on hand to answer my questions as they arose.

Although a recent change to my bank details caused some complications with the referencing company, requiring numerous phone calls, Lily handled the situation with utmost patience and professionalism.
